The lobby was very ethically built. The pool was nice and Jacuzzi. The rooms had comfy beds.
A tv that worked! An elevator that was working. And not having to go up and down three flights of stairs. Multiple times a day. The bathroom door was rusted.

The hotel was quiet, saw zero people on my floor the entire time I was there
Stayed here in 2020 and remember it being nice, it has gone downhill so badly in the past few years. Where to begin, the hotel hallways, stairwells and the rooms are filthy, like not dirty but filthy. My room had so much dirty stuff, smears (even handprints on the cornice above the window??), dirty dishes, unscrubbed sink, stains on the couch, and a horrible smell when I came in that made think they were hiding a serious issue that was probably animal waste. It was so gross I left my bags in my car and put everything I brought in by the door. I couldn't air out the room because the windows are nailed almost shut--on the third floor despite being made to fully open. Why? The elevator by my room (one of only two) was broken so had to walk almost the whole hotel to get to my room, meaning I couldn't unload my stuff like I wanted, made worse by them having no luggage carts and no desire to go find them in the hotel (I hunted one down). I also had the cleaning person come in at 830am unexpectedly because he was told to "just do the bed" even though I hadn't checked out. Even after I told tne desk person to confirm I had one night, I still got a text asking how my stay was 7 hours after I left. The breakfast was also hands down the saddest, cheapst breakfast I've seen yet. I paid over $200 for this room! Never again...

Large, comfortable rooms.
Bathroom was dirty, a lot of hair on the floor and in the tub. The drain was fairly clogged and wouldn’t drain properly.
Pool wasn’t very clean, and the floor is crumbling apart.

David manning the front desk (and seemingly many other jobs) was beyond professional, courteous, and accommodating. The breakfast was not superior but decent. The facilities were outstanding.

Late check in and room still wasn’t ready but front desk was very good and explained the situation. Very happy with manager

Beds were a bit firm for us

Location to restaurants, and Walmart. Five minutes or less walking distance to Walmart and a good choice of restaurants.
Had me on ground floor with windows that were open and I really couldn’t shut. The drapes only covered the sides of the windows so I had to rig the clothes hangers with clips to hold them shut. Luckily they held or else I would be seen by everyone in the parking lot.

Clean and comfortable.
The overhead light in the bedroom was out. The elevator was out of order. The ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floors were not working. No directions were given as to how to find our room, find a working elevator or a working ice machine.

we loved our stay here. The suite we stayed in was very spacious and it was wonderful having a full size fridge, coffee maker, stove top, etc. The pool was older but nice and we enjoyed it. The first night the hot tub was lukewarm and we asked the front desk about it. They had it fixed by the next day! The staff was amazing. Breakfast had many good options with eggs, potatoes, breakfast burritos and much more. At one point another guest got sick in the lobby and the staff was so helpful and gracious with the family and helped them. Our suite came with complimentary drinks and snacks which was a great surprise! The billiard room was fun as well. This hotel is close to pretty much everything in Boise.
The only negative was that one elevator is out of service. We never had to wait long and it wasn’t that big of a deal.

Loved the area and the environment they have there.
I didn't like that the pool was closed and was never notated or advised. Upon arrival at the hotel they said it was on their website and should have been on bookings also.

Food was good. They give you enough time to get a bit before it's time to close. Ladies that setup are super caring and kind making you feel like your having breakfast at home.
Their *Swiming pool and Spa* were Closed. They didn't had no warning about it until we arrived to the hotel_even thoe they argued that they did🤦♀️and had to provide to them Images that i wasn't lieing at the end. Very disappointed because it was one of the main reasons we booked that place😞and unfortunately they didn't even bother to apologize or give us any discount for the inconvenience.

The room was great. Loves the size and all it had to offer.
I specifically booked this hotel for the in door pool and hot tub. It was for a short getaway for my husband and I to celebrate his birthday. Unfortunately the hot tub was out of service and was very disappointing.

all of the elevators were broken down for some not our stay so having to use the stairs in the heat (stairway was super hot at the time) was really uncomfortable
