Great location
Very outdated rooms, old carpet and cramped bathrooms. Surrounded by construction.
9.0
The hotel manager really made our first visit to Boise special. The location was great, we appreciated the complimentary airport shuttle and having bikes available to explore the city and greenbelt was awesome.
Housekeeping could have been better, products were not replenished.

BEAUTFUL, clean. Everyone was so nice.
No pool or hot tub.
7.0
Comfortable bed, quiet room. Walk to Chandlers.
Very overpriced for an average hotel room. There are no bells or whistles or special attributes to justify the cost of the rooms. It was a good hotel, but not great.
10.0
Wonderful hotel. The windows opened for air. The neighborhood was ultra safe and walkable. Hotel was spotless!
Terrible tasting in-room coffee. (Thank God for the barista at Cafe D’Arte in the lobby!)

Close to everything! Great staff and comfortable hotel.

Conveniently located, comfortable and quiet

The workers were very nice and professional. Also the location was ideal.
The rooms seemed standard, the rate seemed more expensive than what it should have been during that time

I liked the central location to all-things downtown Boise and access to the airport. The staff and valet were extremely friendly. I also tend to prefer smaller, boutique hotels -- so, this was a preferably spot for me in comparison to other bigger, name brand varieties.

Hotel 43 Boise is in a great location for exploring the downtown area. It is a short distance from multiple restaurants, quaint shops, and multiple attractions. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.
The mattress in the room we stayed in had big divets from overuse. We had a very uncomfortable nights sleep. We informed the hotel staff.

great location right downtown
we asked for ADA and it was absolutely NoT compliant. first of all it was located on the second floor!! ( they don’t offer first floor rooms. we both called to ask about the room and this was never mentioned) my sister is in a wheelchair so there’s no way out if the elevator is down or there’s a fire.
the bathroom was small and she had trouble navigating in her wheelchair ( she can’t stand up)
The shower chair was a rickety stool that even an able bodied person might not feel comfortable using. they did bring us a sturdier one the next day but it would’ve been nice to take a shower after driving all day.
the beds are too high and she needed a board to help transfer ( luckily she had one with her ) and the space in between was barely enough room for the sport chair to fit ( I had to crawl into my bed from the bottom each night)
We specifically asked at the front desk for our room to be cleaned each morning as we left but it never was. they brought us towels at 10 pm when we called the front desk after returning on our first night, otherwise zero service after being assured there would be. the parking garage is an extra fee and it was saying “full” on our last night and wouldn’t let us enter. there was an empty HC spot right at the entrance so we had to go in and get help. stressful and inconvenient way to end our already bumpy stay

Hotel ambience, location and feeling was good
The hotel room was a bit smaller, the microwave was missing, the hotel staff lost our car keys and later found the keys were dropped in our car, which remained unlocked throughout the night; and it was an unforgettable and unpleasant experience at this property.

construction is going on so made it hard for parking

clean rooms
Nothing but a old budget hotel with a new label. Nothing was as described

Security staff Steve rude call upon arrival.

Location for our trip couldn't have been better. Enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere with sweets and coffee in Metro Café each a.m. It was very laid back & quiet in the hotel away from the construction, and we rarely saw the other guests, although we know they were there. Parking was effortless and handy. Staff was extremely accommodating & pleasant.
Early morning construction outside was 😖 awful. Daily 7 a.m. wake-up calls due to demolition of neighboring structures was really irritating. Realize it's not the hotel's fault but it did affect our stay.

The hotel is close to the places i normally go in Boise. The rooms were cleaned up nicely when we came back from some of the things we did. I appreciated that.
There was road construction on the road of the hotel, making getting in and out of the parking lot difficult. I paid for the "King Boutique" room, and was given a double queen room. When I called the front desk, they told me that they might be able to get me in a king room if I came and changed out the cards, etc. I was thinking if I paid for a King room and they have a king room, why did I not get the king room in the first place. I already had all my stuff in the room and had showered after a long drive to Boise. I told them not to worry about it, just issue a credit for the difference in room pricing. They said that since I booked with a third party, they would have to talk to their manager and get back to me. I told them I planned to leave for dinner, so they would just need to figure that out. Nothing more was said during my stay. The first night we slept in the same bed and neither one of us slept good at all. The next night we slept in separate beds.... and still both woke up with back aches. The beds were very hard. I normally stay at this hotel between 3-5 times a year, as we go visit my partner's son who lives in Boise. This was the worst stay I have ever had at this hotel. The manager sent out a "survey"/review. I responded to her email and let her know what the problems were, but have not received a response. When I went to complete her survey, the link did not work. I think it is only fair that I AT LEAST receive a partial refund for the room that was not what I paid for. I would hope someone would do the right thing and make it right.

location was great! seemed quite clean.
the lobby was extremely small and they charge their guests for parking.

The hotel was near great food and things to do within walking distance. I liked the hotel had it's own parking garage so parking downtown was a snap. Also you can check in online so no worries when arriving later because you can't postpone any fun.
NA-I really liked everything.
5.0
I liked that the room was quiet, never heard anyone.
I did not like that my room was not straightened unless I asked. I would come back to an unmade bed, dirty towels and I think that's completely unacceptable. Especially for the price of this hotel. I will not stay here again.
One of the times I went to the front desk to ask about a guide for the tv, I couldn't find any movies to purchase, the young girl working it was rude and told me she didn't know anything about the tv. I also let her know that I had no clean towels and that my room wasn't cleaned. She could care less.
There was a guy working there a couple times that was very helpful.

Easy check in and out. Location was perfect; easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions.
Felt it was a bit pricey since there was no breakfast and you had to pay extra for parking.

It was a convenient location within walking distance to lots of stores. The employees were nice and helpful. The room was comfortable.
I would have liked a larger workout faculty-not only two machines.
