The hotel itself was fine, delicious breakfast, lovely room.
The hotel was fine just if I had of known ahead of time that the road being ripped up ….I would have changed my hotel choice. Being a senior, I managed but yah not the most comfortable entry way to this hotel. When I mentioned in an email my confusion over the change of hotel given to me, simply to enquire how I booked one hotel and was put in an entirely different one….this was very confusing and never got figured out! The staff member was confrontational to me the next morning and I did feel reprimanded over not talking to this staff member in person upon checking in. All my tours were slotted for us to be picked up at the hotel I originally choose which caused us to walk 20 minutes to our pick up location when in fact pickup at my choosen hotel of choice was across the street!

Location
Beds were somewhat uncomfortable

Our room was quiet, bright and spacious - the bathroom had an excellent shower and everything was very very clean. Our room had a terrace accessed via patio doors which was one of the reasons we booked the room. The air conditioning worked well and the linen was white and crisp. We liked having towelling robes and the room was cleaned daily and the bed made up.
Sadly, the road outside the hotel was/is a building site - the hotel did not inform us of this and our taxi driver just dropped us at the end and we had to manoeuvre our way across the building site with our suitcases. We understand that this work has been going on for some time - we were not impressed that we hadn't been informed in advance. There was a note in our room apologising for the road works, but having to navigate them after dark was not fun. We also found that the bed, although a super king size, was a bit hard, so not very comfortable. The breakfast selection was decidedly underwhelming, with a rather dull selection and not really what we expected for £200+ per night. The location was fairly central - approx 8 minutes walk from the main square.

The things I liked the most were:
1) The kindness of the staff. (Although on the last evening one of the two male receptionists working there were rude to an Uber delivery.)
2) The cleanliness of the room and the structure.
3) The tranquility of the room.
The things I liked least were:
1) The fact that the breakfast buffet was not very rich.
2) The value for money.
3) The bed and pillows were not comfortable. I also chose a deluxe room.

The night staff was very helpful to me. He printed my boarding pass and helped me arrange transportation to the airport. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
The entrance was partially blocked by construction. Location was really good! Close to old town and restaurants. Room was OK, but the air conditioning vent was around the corner from the bed. The hall lights did not go on at the end of the hall where room 28 was located. This made it difficult to get the old-fashioned key in the lock in the dark. The food at the restaurant next door was only ok, not great.

Location: Very close to Wawel Castle and just a short walk to either Main Square or Jewish Quarter. The riverside is also very pleasant to have nearby. Plenty of shops around as well, a very good location overall.
Everything met my expectations. The only very small inconvenience was that there was no toothpaste offered as part of the amenities but that's not such a massive issue since you've got plenty of shops nearby.

The staff were amazing, the place clean and tidy.
The only problem was they were working on the road outside. Once it’s fixed all will be perfect.

Loverly clean hotel a short walk from the Old town Square. Great staff that were always chatty and smiling. Rooms were clean and comfortable and quite compared to the apartment stayed in the night before and checked out 4 days early!
This is not the hotels fault but the whole street outside is being replaced so you walk straight onto a building site however plenty of things are being done to keep disruption to a minimum. The hotel even had wipes to clean your shoes if you got mud on them coming in off the street.

Beautifully decorated room. Spacious and comfortable double bedroom. Great for both short and long stays and worth the price.

Close to old town and the castle - approx. 15 min walk.
Clean and nice.
Soap dispensers in the bathroom- need to squeeze the bottle and then it comes out a way too much soap.
Quite a lot of noise from the street, specially from tram- but seems to be quieter after around 23.

Great hotel in the close proximity to Wawel castle and a short walking distance from the main square. The stuff was very polite, friendly and pleasant, speaking very good English. The stuff is also very thorough and efficient, when any issues arise. For example, we had a small issue with the deposit and the lady at the front desk checked CCTV three times! to make sure that the mistake was made at the start. We also had a some pigeon poop on our terrace one day, which was not only cleaned really well on request, but the terrace furniture was also changed.
A slight warning - if you chose an option of paying at the hotel, which I did, beware that the exchange rates are vary greatly from day to day, and you might end up paying significantly more than you would have had at the time of booking.
I was also slightly disappointed at the beginning with that we didn't get the room on the top floor, as we were paying for the city view. But being a floor below worked out very well in the end, as it was raining a lot during our stay and we still could use our terrace for breakfast and dinner, even if it was raining.

Overall a nice hotel. We had the terrace room so it was very large, spacious and clean. Front desk staff is very nice and helpful. Across the street are 2 grocery type stores. One of them we bought sandwiches and pasta which was really good. Hotel is Very close to Wawel and River.
One of the restaurant staff was extremely rude. We went to the restaurant to heat up our food since we only eat certain things and for the most part it wasn’t a problem until we met this one young girl with glasses. She didn’t want to heat the food for a child and demanded we leave. She was absolutely awful. Another girl named Julia was very kind -she took our plate and heated it for us.
The other downside is that although the hotel is in the old town it’s a bit of a walk to the actual main center of town- about 15mins. It wasn’t bad for us because we walk a lot but it’s worth noting if you have restrictions.

Location, breakfast, tideness, bed, quiet air-condition.
The hotel is located not on the main street, however, the noise from trams and the cars you will hear very well in your room, and it was hard for me to sleep because of that.
I wish they had blinds for windows because it wasn't dark in the room too.

I choose this hotel based on the reviews, but the only thing I liked was the comfortable bed and the location.
This hotel doesn't worth the money: we had a very small room, on the city side, so we would wake up every time the tram passed by. We tried changing the room, but the receptionist wasn't very kind. In the morning, the cleaning ladies would wake us up due to the noise coming from their walki-talkies. Instead of having a relaxing holiday, it was like sleeping in a train station.

The decor and in room facilities were nice. Being 10 minutes from the main square was also good.
The bed was very hard and not very comfortable, I would. The tram noise did disturb us somewhat as we went to bed early after a busy week.
