We chose the property for the great amenities and location. Quick to the Strip and Fremont. Very nice pool area and large putting green. Nice outside fireplace and fire pit. (we didn’t use) There is also a pool table. A little tight on some of the angles but still playable. Plenty of household utensils and plates at your disposal. It’s in a quite neighborhood with a Walmart right down the road. When we are back in town, and if it’s available, we would definitely stay here again

We stayed here for 4 nights July 4th weekend. House was exactly as described. Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Everything was provided that we needed and then some! The host was amazing, she went out of her way to mail something back to us that was left on the property. I highly recommend this home.

This was our 1st Vrbo and it did no disappoint. The house was beautiful inside and out, (patio furniture could use an upgrade) but was fine. The pool was great, putting green was cool. Natural gas grill couldn’t get started and had to go but propane for the other grill, and the starter didn’t work, but matches did so again, was too nice to complain!! Was nice and cool inside, had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Overall A+!!!! Hopefully I can afford to come back again because everyone had a blast!!

Top location, easy Uber into the strip. Backyard was very usable. House was a good size, no issues with neighbours. Would recommend to a group of adults or families

Was what was advertised. Great area, close to strip but not on it. Quiet neighborhood except one night helicopter with light searching neighborhood. Not sure what that was about. We were there too earlier in year for use of the pool. Day was hot but water was very cold so if swimming is important look for a heated pool. I did have to contact owner for code to door but was responded to very quickly with it. The only thing I would suggest is to go through and fix some things. Cabinet with door off hinges and no handles. A table that look bad and should just be thrown away. There is around 23 seats in back yard but the only 2 lounges were in bad shape. One I would not trust to sit in. Old tattered rugs in bathroom. Nothing terrible but they do detract from the overall quality of the house that is beautiful. The golf thing was great and the backyard overall was awesome. Kurig in cabinet did not work.

Overall this house is nice for an escape outside of the main strip. The backyard was bigger than we expected and although we didn't use the pool because of the colder temps, it looked well maintained and inviting. The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. You could hear every little noise both inside and outside, so if you're a light sleeper this might affect you. But otherwise this house was great and we'd stay again if in the area!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house was exactly as pictured. The location is convenient and the house is very comfortable. We didn’t get to enjoy the backyard because it was too cold when we were there but the backyard is really nice and I would return when it’s warmer so we could make use of the beautiful outdoor space.

Our family trip to Las Vegas was to visit son/grandson stationed at Nellis AFB and to attend a work conference. We have been to Las Vegas many times, but wanted to stay off Strip in a more pet friendly, quiet & relaxed environment where we could all be together, and still have our own private space. We selected this property because it had plenty of room for multi-generational family members, and a lovely patio with a full size swimming pool and putting green. We also liked that the location was convenient to Red Rock Canyon & Mt. Charleston, with nearby shopping and restaurants both on and off the Las Vegas Strip. We were a little worried about staying in an older neighborhood closer to the Strip, but once we got to the house, and saw the very private, enclosed back yard, beautiful patio and pool area, and front security gates, we were reassured. The area was relatively quiet, and walls around the subdivision block noise from the busy thoroughfares and business areas around it. The family enjoyed the pool table and having brunch on the patio by the swimming pool. WiFi allowed us to stay connected and multiple flat screen TVs meant no fusses over what to watch. While we went out for most meals, we grabbed breakfast foods and snacks from Sprouts and Walmart and fixed our own brunch in the fully equipped kitchen. We loved having the comfort and privacy of home, but being minutes away from the Strip and the mountains. Thank you Ms. Diniz for allowing us to stay!
