This home was absolutely awesome! It is even better in person than the pictures. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to relax and hang out. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. Super convenient to the strip and all other local attractions. Excellent communication from the host. I would highly recommend you book this home for your Vegas trip!

We love our racing and this worked great for us to drop our dogs off at camp bow wow while we ventured to racetrack to watch NHRA!

This property was really great!! The beds were all comfortable and the outdoor area was amazing. My daughter loved the water slide and there was plenty of outdoor seating. Great house for a family vacation

Our family trip to Las Vegas was to visit son/grandson stationed at Nellis AFB and to attend a work conference. We have been to Las Vegas many times, but wanted to stay off Strip in a more pet friendly, quiet & relaxed environment where we could all be together, and still have our own private space. We selected this property because it had plenty of room for multi-generational family members, and a lovely patio with a full size swimming pool and putting green. We also liked that the location was convenient to Red Rock Canyon & Mt. Charleston, with nearby shopping and restaurants both on and off the Las Vegas Strip. We were a little worried about staying in an older neighborhood closer to the Strip, but once we got to the house, and saw the very private, enclosed back yard, beautiful patio and pool area, and front security gates, we were reassured. The area was relatively quiet, and walls around the subdivision block noise from the busy thoroughfares and business areas around it. The family enjoyed the pool table and having brunch on the patio by the swimming pool. WiFi allowed us to stay connected and multiple flat screen TVs meant no fusses over what to watch. While we went out for most meals, we grabbed breakfast foods and snacks from Sprouts and Walmart and fixed our own brunch in the fully equipped kitchen. We loved having the comfort and privacy of home, but being minutes away from the Strip and the mountains. Thank you Ms. Diniz for allowing us to stay!

We are from Idaho and have stayed here for the last few years to enjoy a week with our daughter and son in law whom live in Vegas. The property works great for us and our pets and we always book for the following year when we leave. The host is easy to communicate with along with the neighborhood feeling safe and quiet.

Had a little bit of trouble getting in to the house, but with the younger crowd they figured it out. Everybody enjoyed the pool and pool table. The kitchen was great. The beds were comfortable. It was a wonderful home for our group. Thank you for everything.

The property was amazing. The rooms were so comfortable and the facilities easy to access. Also all the ame ities (pool table, pool, golf, TV) were wo derful additions. We would love to stay there again.

The house has enough room for everyone and lots of outdoor space. The diving board, pool vacuum, and pool Slide were broken however. The pool was not clean and we did let the owner know.

This house is in a wonderful area. With all the comforts required for a relaxing trip, the hospitality was excellent. Overall extremely tidy and roomy. The best part was how responsive and resourceful the property manager was. Would most definitely plan on returning to this home.

The house was perfect for our three families with three teenage girls. Location away from the craziness of the strip, but a short easy drive. Close to easy shopping at WalMart and some great local eateries. Host communication was excellent, checking in and out was very easy. We will be back next year!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. Everything was clean and provided us with enough accommodations for five of us. The neighborhood was very very quiet and the backyard was so delightful to sit and enjoy the pool and enjoy breakfast out there at the table. Several areas are covered, making it very very comfortable. Will come back!

Great property for us with our little dog. Hot tub and pool were great and were cleaned twice a week! Great hiking paths just minutes away. Fantastic host who responded extremely quickly and was very welcoming! Will stay here again!

Great home with plenty to do and plenty of room for all of us. Close to everything in a quiet neighborhood. Home was well kept and had what we needed. Plenty of fun things to do both inside and outside the home.

House was perfect. Enough room for family. Awesome backyard. Will have to come back when it is warmer so the kids can enjoy the pool.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was as described. The yard is great, we enjoyed some golf and pool time. We found the area easy to navigate and very friendly. We would stay at this property again. Great experience.

Communication with host was good. Selia was very friendly and instructions were clear and easy to follow. Home was beautiful. Location about 15mins from the strip. Comfortable beds. Cleanliness was good. Stocked with pretty much everything you’d need for the stay. And close to many shopping stores. Only strange thing was the noise from the pool cleaner. It made a noise like a monster in a scary movie. We made fun of it by seeing visitors reaction without telling them what it was. Overall it was a really good stay and highly recommended.

The house was easy to locate and a short Uber ride to the strip. Beautiful house and yard and everything you need for your stay. Beds were very comfortable and house was immaculate.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The accommodations were extremely nice. It was very clean and I felt very comfortable in the neighborhood. The location was great! I highly recommend this house.

Me and my friend group enjoyed staying at this house. The pool is not heated which is mentioned in the listing - extremely cold in October. The TV in the main room is mounted at a very poor angle for viewing on the couch. It would also be a good idea to have Netflix loaded on the TVs for down time with only a $15/month fee it's worth it. Other than those points everything was great.

Overall, the property was great! Be careful on the diving board, it's a little loose! All else was great! Really nice House and loved the amenities. Putting Green was awesome! Pool was nice! House was clean and great area. Really enjoyed it!

Overall it was a good experience. It would be helpful to know that the rental is a two stories with all the bedrooms upstairs especially if you have difficulty navigating stairs or small children. There were some items that were in disrepair, two of the outdoor chairs were broken, a pole with the baby gate around the pool, one of the outdoor umbrellas were broke, the grill was dirty, and cracked window. I would encourage you to bring your own toiletries. The beds were comfortable and clean. We had a little trouble with the thermostat for the AC. It was set on a schedule but we did figure out how to get around it the last two nights. The location was perfect but not really in the best part of town. It would also be nice to have a list of house rules and expectations in the house. The would have helped us with checking out. For example, what to do with linens when leaving and house towels? There were minimal kitchen supplies. Overall it was a good rental with those exceptions and feedback. The owners were responsive and addressed any issues right away.

The house is very clean, have everything you need and the neighbourhood is very quiet. The backyard is enormous and the pool nice to cool down. The owners are very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again! We had a wonderful time!

Photos do not show how lovely this house was, had everything we needed, aircon was great, beds comfy, pool warm, garden area much bigger than thought,wonderful to sit outside for breakfast, would stay here again, ideal for Vegas strip and nice to chill in quiet location after hectic days.
