Disappointed, disgusting and despicable.

Nothing… There will be 10/10 reviews that are lies! This place is a dump. Marketed as “suites” - yet it’s a filthy apartment up three flights of stairs in a resident apartment block with loud noisy people

We came to Cape Town after 20 years and wanted our mums to have an amazing time. Instead we got a filthy sewage smell in the apartment with broken blinds, door and water damp door posts. We had to move out early and find emergency new accommodation due to sewage leak in bathroom.

A great place but don’t expect great service from the ManageAir company

The property itself was very nice and matched the pictures, walking distance to shops and restaurants and was very clean

The washing machine was broken during our stay and we specifically booked a place with one as we were going to need one. The company ManageAir wasn’t particularly swift to respond or sympathetic so that wasn’t great. I have found them to not be a very professional company having not been willing to (even partially) refund a property with false advertising so don’t expect great service from them

Not a lot beside that the kitchen was well equipped.

the communication with the property agency was horrible. I contacted them regarding a urgent matter and they asked for pictures rather than handling the situation and find a resolution. the property looks nice but when looking closer the renovations are not well done and maintained. we chose an apartment as we would need to wash clothes and the whole stand it was stood on fell after the 3rd load, and it took ages to get it resolved. the property is missing battery lamps due to load shedding. late check out was not possible.

I have stayed in many places in Sea Point/Bantry Bay Area and this is among the top places I have stayed, really enj

The place is excellent, exactly like the pictures. I completely fell in love with this little apartment. seriously enjoyed the stay. the location is great and the view of lions head was amazing ( especially at night with the stars).

the hill it is on is a little steep and a little bit too far of a walk to certain shops after a long day, but overall still in a nice location.

It was an ok stay.

The property was neat and clean. It had everything we required for our stay.

The property is not in a holiday spot. There are families who live there full time with young children and in the afternoon they play outside where you can hear them. They were also doing renovations in one of the apartments and the builders were there from 7am and you could hear the noise from our apartment.

The place was absolutely beautiful, very modern and clean. Everything you would need is already there like an iron as well as a heater, I would definitely recommend this place to everyone😁

Great apartment in the perfect location

The apartment is well furnished, cosy and beautiful. The location is perfect, central and a quick walk to the beach and shops.

The apartment is great. It does need more wine and champagne glasses as it is a 4 sleeper. The bedrooms also need towel racks. A full length mirror would also be nice 😉 The apple TV needs to be updated.
