Excellent value, location and management by the host. Building is old.

no need to wait for anyone to let you in. Could get an early check in which really helped.

the apartment had no number on it so it was a 'match the key to the kind of lock' mystery. Was not difficult.

Disappointing

The host was very difficult to contact. The WiFi code was incorrectly listed, so we didn't have Internet for the first day, as Nicolas wasn't contactable on the Sunday when we arrived. The property also states there is a bath, however there is no plug, so you cannot use it. Again we contacted Nicolas with no reply. We weren't able to bathe our daughter. Don't list something if it doesn't work!

one of the best beds i have ever slept in. Even the sofa was very comfortable. It was a real wow

No elevator which was inconvenient with a baby, the bathtub was also blocked so we needed to unblock that on arrival, no aircon or fans

It allowed the two of us to spend quality time with our children.

Location was the determining plus factor.

Seating was very low down. There were no cleaning cloths. One of the cooker hobs did not work. It was an old apartment block, not new. In the stairways and hall was a permeating stink. There was no lift: 42 stairs each time. No bedding for the sofa bed was supplied despite request. Insufficient towels for 4 people.

Very good

Good location not too far from university campus and easy to reach city center. Spacious apartment with good beds. Quiet place. Wifi working good.

There was no tool (squeegee) for cleaning the shower glass door, so you see the limescale on the glass.

Very dusty - Needs to have regular dusting. One of the guests could not stop sneezing.
