Overpriced and poor service

L'unica cosa positiva è la presenza di un supermercato di fronte all'edificio

Quando siamo arrivati abbiamo verificato che le lenzuola di uno dei due letti non era stato cambiato. Quando abbiamo contattato il manager questi ha parzialmente ammesso il fatto, ma nonostante ciò, si è rifiutato di mandare qualcuno a cambiare le lenzuola, cosa che è avvenuta soltanto il pomeriggio del giorno successivo. Inoltre dormire in una camera dove è presente una caldaia a gas è quantomeno inquietante. In generale, seppur l'appartamento è spazioso, vi sono evidenti carenze igieniche e trascuratezza. La richiesta di un deposito cauzionale di €300 risulta pertanto oltremodo inadeguata.

Bien situé pour découvrir Lyon

L’appartement était bien situé, bien équipé, literie confortable. Parking à disposition à 100 mètres du logement

Le bruit de la chaudière dans la chambre d’entrée Des voisins bruyants vendredi soir (musique à 3h du matin ) qui s’entendaient dans la chambre près de la salle de bain

Lyon apartment

Apartment was lovely and clean. Nicely decorated with good quality appliances and comfy beds. Liked the colours and there were coffee pods, water and a little pasta and sauce available too, which was a nice touch. There was also a supermarket located directly opposite, great choice and convenience.

Area/suburb the apartment was in was a little shabby and run down. The carpark was secure but down the street a bit in a pretty dark & dingy basement.

Nice accomodation considering the price.

Good kitchen and living room area. The apartment is located on the ground floor so no struggle hauling the suitcase. A parking garage is near the apartment. There's a supermarket directly across the street.

The location is not the most convenient if you want to go downtown. When someone is using the bathroom, the water pump is kinda loud.

comfortable stay in clean flat

Coffee included & some pasta etc , nice touch, also liked the instructions of how to access the keys and garage which made it fun.

It was quite far from central areas..

Fantastic apartment in a fantastic city

Super apartment with its own closed parking space. The apartment is very lovingly furnished, very well maintained and very clean. We would love to come back.

Very nice appartment with supermarket across the street

Very nice appartment; supermarket just across the street; fully equipped appartment; the possibility to rent a parking just 50m away from the appartment (10 euros/day) was worth the money. The person receiving us was very friendly and we got a small welcome package. The appartment looks very new to me. Very clean as well.

Only a minor thing: We were coming with 6 people (2 adults 4 children): Cooking Sphagettis turned out not to be easy: There were only two small pots; .. we used both and had to cook a second round after the first was finished :) ...otherwise everything perfect.
