Our property is a peaceful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom farmhouse and 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a pool and hot tub, located in the heart of the Napa Valley. Just minutes to St. Helena and Calistoga, our neighbors include Calistoga Ranch, Frank Family Vineyards, Rombauer and Duckhorn Vineyards .
We are tucked just off of the Silverado Trail into an oak grove on the edge of the vineyards. From the farmhouse and property, there are stunning views of the the vineyards and valley.
Our property has a number of lawns, decks, patios, a pool, hot tub, hammock, outdoor fire pit and dining areas, BBQ's, trampoline.
We updated the original Farmhouse and Arrowhead Cottage in 2013, including, luxury linens, down comforters, TV's, wifi and BBQ's.
The Farmhouse is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom cottage with small kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, dining table, living area and French doors that open onto a private patio and lawn. The farmhouse has stunning views of the vineyards, valley and western hills from your living room, bedrooms and outdoor space. The front of the farmhouse has a lawn, BBQ, large outdoor dining table and a grouping of

The first floor of the Farmhouse has the kitchen, dining table, living area with wood-burning fireplace and one queen bedroom and bathroom with shower. This bedroom has French doors that open onto the charming patio and lawn area with vineyard and valley views. The second bathroom with claw foot tub/shower combo is also on this level, next to the stairs that lead the the two upstairs bedrooms.
The upstairs of the Farmhouse has two bedrooms. This charming upstairs suite has one queen bedroom and one bedroom with two twin beds and vineyard, garden and valley views. The beds are furnished with fluffy down comforters and luxury cotton bedding. There is a desk area for your convenience, wifi, a hospitality armoir with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and extras that you might need during your stay. These two bedrooms share a bathroom at the foot of the stairs on the first level.
The Arrowhead Cottage is a one bedroom stand alone, with a private entrance and bathroom, and is separate, but close to the Farmhouse. It is appointed with new furniture, down comforters, luxury cotton linens, flat-screen TV, wifi, microwave and coffee maker. The French doors open onto your own patio and lawn with dining table and chairs, cushioned lounge chairs and deep-seating sofa and armchairs surrounding an outdoor fireplace that is original to the property.
Our property has a beautiful, serene pool and hot tub, surrounded by decks, lawns and views of oak studded hills. Relax under the shade of the apple tree or float in the pool and watch the pine trees sway. There is a trampoline for the young and young at heart.
There are many distinct outdoor spaces to enjoy on our property. You will never feel crowded and will always be able to find a spot to relax, dine and enjoy. We have security cameras placed on the exterior of the property: one in the driveway area and one in the backyard pool area.

Our property is a great place to discover the natural beauty of the Valley. Bring your bikes up and tour around, rock climb in the Palisades, or hike to the natural hot springs. Ask my dad about the birds in the area and he will give you a special look in his spotting scope and tell you about the special feeders we have on the property to attract many different types of local birds. We have even been designated a Certified Wildlife Habitat, thanks to my dad!
Whether you're visiting the Napa Valley for the first time or you're practically a local, you'll be at home here. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions.

This property was wonderful! There was plenty of outdoor areas to enjoy the beautiful landscape and room indoors to allow for some privacy while travelling as a group.

The location was perfect and the set up was ideal for 4 couples, my wife and I and our 3 adult children and spouses. The maintenance of the farmhouse and grounds is not up to the standards of the costs. Nothing major but just a lot of little things that added up to frustration and some disappointment. Overall, great location and configuration for 4 couples.
4.8
Excellent location. Assortment of household kitchen items were very appreciated making dining in easy. Comfortable beds and great hot tub.
4.8
wonderful, casual, cottage feel. comfortable and perfect options for family. Grandchildren stayed with their parents in the larger cottage; my husband and I took the caretakers cabin so everyone had their privacy. The location was perfect because it was close to Saint Helena and Calistoga. We enjoyed the hot tub but obviously no pool time because of the time of year. I’ll bet it would be incredible in the summer.

Property is breathtaking, with something for anyone…hot tub, pool (in season) stunning views and a well equipped kitchen. Very clean, very comfortable beds, and easy access to everything in the valley. Owner (Jennifer) was very responsive.
It’s a bit rustic but a very good value.

We can't say enough good things about this quaint, comfortable cottage. First, location. Approximately 10 minutes from the center of St. Helena or Calistoga. Bumps up against Ladera and maybe a quarter mile from Davis. Rombauer, Frank and other wineries just minutes away. The main house has a small kitchen that worked well for the 6 of us and the few meals we ate in. We knew about the Arrowhead cottage but it was a pleasant surprise in both comfort and the overall size of the bedroom and bath. Multiple outdoor seating areas with an outdoor gas fire pit table and outdoor grill we used for some steaks from Sunshine Market. A very nice pool, though too cold for me it was enjoyed by our MN son-in-law. The house was very well stocked with paper goods, spices, etc. Nothing is guaranteed but I would certainly take a look inside before a grocery store visit. Nice "extras" like blankets for cool outdoor evenings around the fire pit. Everything worked well (TV's, internet, a/c, appliances). We had a couple very hot days and the A/C easily kept both the home and cottage very cool. Communication with the host was effortless. We've previously stayed in downtown Saint Helena which is nice but something about this property made us feel like we had our own little country piece of Napa Valley.

Really enjoyed our stay at your farmhouse! There was plenty of room and the location was perfect! Especially loved the hot tub and various outdoor area to relax! Would love to stay here again on our next trip to the area!

This is our second time at Scarlett’s Country Inn and we just love it there! So peaceful, so beautiful. The house is quaint and perfect. Roomy but still cozy. All the bedding was comfortable, many different spots to sit outside with coffee or wine, and a beautiful view. Love everything about it! Highly recommend.

We had such a great time during our stay. The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The location is very convenient. We couldn't ask for a better morning view. This place has everything we could ask for. The upstairs air struggled to keep up when it was really hot, but that was to be expected. It's a great place and we can't wait to visit again soon!
4.8
The property was lovely with plenty of space for 8 adults. A lot of places to relax on the property, whether that was grilling and dining on the front patio, breakfast on the back patio, relaxing by the pool or sitting around a warm fire. We had a great time, felt very secluded, plenty of amenities and very close to some of the best wineries in the valley and downtown Calistoga.
4.8
We had a wonderful time staying at this property. There are some quirky aspects to the farmhouse and cottage, but we were comfortable. The pool, fire pit, and outdoor dining/BBQ area looking out on the vineyards were highlights for us. Jennifer was very responsive to questions/concerns throughout our stay.

The online listing is accurate. Our family enjoyed all of the outdoor spaces and the quaint century-old farmhouse. We were able to schedule a pool day, which was welcome on a hot summer day. Be sure to read the binder that contains all of the information you need. We appreciated that cleanup on our end was minimal. We also recommend stepping outside at night and gazing at the stars!

Cottage feel in the wine country. We were 4 ladies staying for 6 nights for a birthday celebration. Location is excellent, 10 mins to either town and Uber friendly.
Pool could of been cleaner steps etc. House was rustic cottage charm.

Great location.

Overall great experience at the farmhouse. What I would recommend is that renters do not walk-in the house with no AC running and it’s 89 degrees outside. None of us slept the first night real good due to time took to cool off. After that we kept AC running all day and we were good Love the quaintness and location. Beds very comfortable as well

Breathtaking location and quaint accommodations. Visited with four girlfriends and we all loved everything about this booking. It was comfortable, homey and perfect for a girls getaway. Uber was also easy for both pickup and drop off.
Will be booking this again. Thank you Jennifer!!

Our 2nd time staying at this sweet farmhouse. We love everything about it. Jennifer is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended this location. We will be back!

Beautiful and iconic home.

My husband, daughter, her friend and 2 other couples stayed at this fabulous property. I wished the weather was nicer to use the outdoor seating and hot tub but there was plenty of room in the house for all of us to eat, play games, watch football and hang out. Don't be afraid of the small fridge, there is another full size fridge on the side of the house. The location to wineries was great and close to a bunch. Beds were very comfortable! The house had everything that you could possibly need to cook and feed our group. I would definitely recommend this home and would rent her again.
4.8
Plenty of indoor/outdoor space. Very small kitchen, room for 8 which was great. No windows in Arrowwood
4.8
We loved every second at this delightful property. Definite keeper
4.8
Smooth checkin process, great directions. Beds were comfortable. Loved the hot tub and beautiful views . Kitchen was small but functional. Shower in main house is a bit small and the second shower requires a big step into the claw foot tub. Water pressure is great.
4.8
This was perfect for our family's stay in Napa. Close to several of our favorite wineries. The property itself is amazing. Mom and dad stayed in the cottage while our 6 adult children enjoyed the the main house. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub after our winery visits. The kitchen is small but well equipped and we enjoyed our meals at the large dining table overlooking vines and mountains. Both buildings have plenty of towels, extra bedding and blankets to use for chilly mornings in the garden. We definitely would recommend this property!

We had a fabulous time celebrating 35+ years of friendship! Awesome location and amazing property! Was perfect for us!

RENTER BEWARE. Renting this place was absolutely terrible. The house is small, old uncomfortable furniture, no WI FI, no cell signal, our shower in the “cottage”did not work and was not repaired when owner was notified. Should have called a plumber.
The pictures on VRBO do not represent this property at all. The large house is not part of the rental.
The owner is totally non responsive and will not be of help should you need it. I have rented many properties and this was the worst one I ever rented. The cottage has zero draws to unpack your suitcase. No basic supplies like garbage bags in the house. You buy everything. Refrigerator is tiny, half sized. We could not fit our food in it. There are no cushions for the metal pool chairs. Much more but you should get the idea.
The owner offered me $100 per night refund because of the shower not working. To date she has refused to send me the money and refused to answer my calls or text messages. My advice is “buyer beware” of posed but inaccurate pictures. Definitely not a worthwhile property.
Last, they have cameras all over the property. I don’t know what they are used for but it made me very uncomfortable. My privacy was possibly being invaded. It is my understanding that They are supposed to notify you before you rent the property of the use of cameras.
MOST IMPORTANTLY: spotty to zero cell service and wi fi. If you need to call an ambulance you are out of luck.

Awesome property. Owner is great. Great in the middle of the Vineyard. Peaceful and convenient to get most anywhere. Be sure to check out the vineyard next to the house, Ladera Vineyards. Colleen is awesome!
4.8
We loved this property for our group. We had a hot water issue and Jennifer had it dealt with in less than an hour. The farmhouse and cottage are older, so the kitchen is small and there is no dishwasher. The bathrooms are downstairs in the farmhouse and on the smaller side, but it is really adorable and so well done as well as the outdoors of the property. We would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.
4.8
The setting was incredible. We could easily imagine we were in Italy, tucked away in a vineyard, far from the hustle and bustle of life. Yet charming St. Helena was only 10 minutes away. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
4.8
Exclusive and quaint
Had a lovely stay to celebrate a milestone birthday. Very quiet and serene. Not easiest to get cars/Uber, but with the right planning it worked out.

This spot is a cozy, quiet get away nestled literally in a beautiful vineyard. Comfy beds, great views, and everything you need. For a "farmhouse" the sound is surprisingly insulated!
The price, setting and location really can't be beat for the right group.
A few notes:
1) This rental is NOT appropriate for a remote work situation. The wi-fi is satellite and thus video calls are not possible. We unfortunately discovered this after arriving (I should've read the other reviews more carefully). It's clearly stated in the welcome book onsite, but I didn't see this in the original listing.
2) If you're expecting to stay inside due to winter/short daylight/COVID/etc. be aware that there is limited common space and it's a slight challenge to cook INDOORS with a large group. If you're BBQ'ing obviously there's WAY more space. The kitchen is fully stocked and you have everything you need, just a tad tight for communal cooking/dining INSIDE - we had 3 couples and 2 infants - so admittedly the baby gear took up a lot of space.
This frankly isn't a huge problem as we were mostly experiencing all the amazing food in the surrounding St. Helena/Calistoga neighborhoods (which were SOOOOO convenient to reach)

Our group of 8 were there for a Wedding in
St Helena. The property was very close to everything yet tucked back off busy Silverado trail and very quiet. Farmhouse had 2 bathrooms but only one toilet that did get “crowded” between 5 adults , especially while dressing for a formal event. There were sheep grazing adjacent to the property and hearing them wake us in the morning was a treat.
Internet worked well enough but TV signal was sketchy - but who watches TV in Napa ?
Would stay here again

We had a wonderful stay in Calistoga at this property. Well off the beaten path and the hustle and bustle of being further South in the Valley near the town of Napa. Located about 25 minutes North of the city, the property is well hidden off of Silverado Trail. A long winding driveway takes you back to a set of properties located at the end. The main house for guests is immediately in the front, and their is a secondary single bungalow attached to the car port for your use. The property is well maintained and manicured. Very peaceful at night to watch the stars (turn off the outside lights), and very picturesque looking over a vineyard. Lot's of birds to watch and you will never hear the road traffic. The main house is efficient and has everything you need to take care of yourself while there. Plenty of cooking utensils, silverware and plates. The kitchen area is a bit cramped, but is very workable. We had 6 people that stayed the whole visit, with a couple others flying in and out during our stay. The property will hold more people, but the 6 was ideal for the sleeping arrangements. The immediate neighbor was very nice and even invited the ladies over to pick some dates off his trees and educate all of us to the area. We hired a driver to pick us up every day to do our tastings, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
