Desayuno básico, normal. Buena ubicación. El personal de recepción muy atento, llegamos en horas de la madrugada y estaban pendientes de nuestra reserva
El apartamento olía un poco a húmedo, falta ventilarlo. Las escaleras son irregulares

Coffee and Cookies are complementary. Everything was clean, refrigerator, oven, TV, air fan all worked perfectly. Location is great and so near to central Cathedral. Restaurant are all nearby so no problems.
Rooms seem to be smaller than what it is portrayed in Booking. Not allowed for late check out even for 1 hr. If you want to keep the luggage after checkout for 1 or 2 hrs you have to pay 100MXN to keep the luggage at reception. May be if its their policy then I guess ok, hope it is not selective.

Close to the Cathedral! Very comfortable and clean! Staff was very friendly and helpful!
Nothing, everything was great!

Good location. Some staff members really nice.
I got the worst room. Tried to change but the owner didn't allow me to. No Windows nor ventilation or space and super small bath.

This was a lovely Hacienda style hotel, there’s a convenience store a block from there, there’s also a park and the church at the same distance, the staff was super friendly and we felt welcome with our three dogs, in the morning before we left there was some fresh orange juice, coffee and some pastries. Overall it was a good hotel experience!
There should be a key to open the main gate for the people that is staying there, instead you have to wait for the staff to come and open the gate for you, I see this as a problem because if there’s an earthquake, you can’t leave the building.

Good location, quiet. Big room high cielings, old world architecture. Very nice.
Nothing.

Very nice colonial style hotel. Friendly staff.
We stayed in the Jr. Suite next to the seating area of the patio, Room #6. EVERY sound of the staff and guests in that entire patio area can be heard, whether it's late night or early morning, it is very noisy! Also, if you sit down on the toilet, the cover will close down on your back and you cannot keep it up.

Very quaint place in a very central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They offered coffee, orange juice and delicious cookies in the morning. The room was very comfortable, spacious and very clean. there was also a lovely common space outside the rooms with several table sets. We loved Morelia and would have stayed longer at this hotel if there had been a vacancy.

The location was great. The coffee, juice and cookies in the morning was a bonus. The staff was very helpful. Helping us to book a tour and calling for a cab to the bus station.
The WiFi was a bit iffy.

Our room was an Apt. We were very comfy and within walking distances to the central historical view points. Many place to eat and the area felt very safe. Theres a convenient store right up the st. where you can resupply (water, snacks ect).
This is Mexico so you're going to here alot of background noise. Our Apt was on a busy St. But this is part of traveling.

Had problem with key getting door locked and unlocked. Had problem 1st morning getting warm and hot water.

Coffee and cookies is not breakfast. my room was on the street and was very noisey at 6:30 am. the room was not like the photographs. furniture was worn and the patio could not be used to sit outside.
Noisey traffic street from my room, no patio to sit at as advertised and worn furniture. Bathroom was good.

wonderful location, lovely women working on reception and cleaning, bright reception/patio area
rooms open onto reception so it was very loud at all hours and there was no privacy, the bathrooms and furniture were very poor quality, shower didn’t drain, no windows, door locks were flimsy, advertised safe didn’t work in any room (I asked), there was a fridge and microwave available, but no space to prepare food and no utensils, rooms were called “suites,” but really they only had a second bed. I would never recommend staying here.
