Schöne Wohnung für Familienurlaub!

Sehr moderne saubere Wohnung. Gute Küchenausstattung. 10 min Fußweg zur U-Bahn. Wohnung war größer als gebucht. Telefonischer Kontakt unkompliziert. Uns hat der Aufenthalt gefallen.

Rollos lassen leider viel Licht durch, wodurch im Sommer die Nacht früh zuende sein kann. Viele Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen oder nur kippen. Trotz Ventilator sehr warm.

Exceptional place

This was the best apartment we have ever been in. It was super clean and has everything you need. We also had a garage just next to the apartment which was very useful. To get to the center was also easy cause the tram station is 1min away literly. Definitely recommend. Thanks to the owner! :)

Best appartment on Vienna :)

All perfect, nice place, near public transportation.

Just had a problem with the parking lot, but was a issue on the toten machine to accepet entrance on the garage.

Boa localização, fácil acesso a transporte público

Localização muito boa: fácil acesso ao transporte público, mercados e restaurantes. Espaçoso e com tudo que precisamos.

Cortinas precisam ser trocadas e não havia toalha de mesa. O colchão da cama de casal precisa ser trocado, acordei todos os dias com dores na lombar.

für ein paar Tage Wien ok

Die Wohnung liegt im 16 Bezirk Ottakring mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Straba 2 Minuten und U-Bahn ca. 8 Minuten entfernt.Stellplatz inkludiert. Das Haus hat nur eine Garage, wenn diese belegt ist, kann man in einer Tiefgarage am U-Bahnhof Ottakring kostenfrei parken. PKW trotz freier Plätze vor der Tür nicht ohne Parkschein stehen lassen, sonst werden 36 € fällig, da ganz Wien Kurzparkzone ist. Gute Küchenausstattung,stabiles Internet.Selfcheck klappt sehr gut.Tolles Gasthaus direkt gegenüber, Supermärkte fussläufig erreichbar.

Leider besteht in der Wohnung etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Schlafzimmertür und Fenster schließen schlecht, teilweise recht abgewohnt.Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Altbau ohne Aufzug, hier sollte man gut zu Fuß sein.Heizung nicht einzeln einstellbar.Baustelle nebenan, dadurch etwas feuchter Geruch im Schlafzimmer.

Tökéletes szállás a kazán zörgését kivéve minden rendben volt!

Nagyon sok mindennel fel volt szerelve, mosogatógép kapszulától elkezdve mosóporig pl! Volt a szekrénybe téve nagyon puha pokróc is !

A kazán egy bizonyos hőfokban nagyon hangosan kezdett zörögni de olyan hangosan hogy volt hogy álmunkban felkeltünk rá!

The apartment was clean, the checking in was quite easy, because the host provided us with all the necessary information. The host took care of all our worries fast, and was very friendly. The location was also excellent. Many public transportation options available around the apartment.

First i'll say we were grateful that the host provided us with a garage for our car. But we found it a bit too far.

Good value for families outside the centre with great connection to public transport

The apartment has two small bedrooms and a sofa bed in a corner next to the kitchenette. All in all it is a tight place with the exception of the bathroom which is comparatively spacious. The kitchenette is tiny, though fully equipped for a short stay. There is a toilet upstairs but without a sink, so really only the toilet; you'll have to walk downstairs to wash, which is unusual but not a demerit. The apartment is on the first floor with a backyard view which featured a construction site the time we were there. The address is easily reached by tram with the stop 2 minutes away. The neighborhood is lively; there are supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes and bakeries in walking distance. The host communicates solely by messenger but reacts promptly and is friendly and accommodating.

Nice apartment, fully equipped and clean. The location is very good. The host is extremely kind and answers questions immediately.

The instructions on using the heating (increasing and decreasing the temperature) should be more precise, as well as a more precise explanation for entering the garage with a card, so that there is no confusion like with us when entering and paying. We would definitely come back again

Lovely Vienna apartment

Apartment is clean, bright, nicely furnished and decorated. It is well maintained and fully equipped. Owner is very friendly and responsive. Apartment comes with a free parking. In our case, due to car length, we used the nearby garage house. We enjoyed our stay, would like to visit them again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet street. Nice and cosy, plenty of space, nice rooms up the stairs, and super comfy bathroom. Everything was well explained and organised! I would definitely come back. The cleanliness is exemplary, bravo for that.

The only thing is a building being constructed just next to the apartments, but there's nothing the owner can do about it.

The rest was great! We hope to return!

Very clean, pleasant and cozy place! Stylish design, availability of everything necessary in the apartment: dishes, iron, coffee machine, many coffee capsules. We vacationed in January, so it was very important that the room was very warm! Separately, I would like to thank the owner for the free upgrade of the apartment category! We hope to come again to this warm place!

Location, value, big space, modern look.

Only hot water in shower. Couldn’t control heat. Rooms were also always hot or cold. Heater in bathroom is broken. Overall nice but pictures made it seem a lot nicer than it was. Nothing you can control but construction very loud. Most of this is easily fixed so looking forward to next time.

Our second time staying here... Very quiet location, extra clean apartment, extremely polite owner, free parking... Ottakring metro station ( U3 line ) is 5 minutes walking from the apartment...Across the street there is a restaurant who serves a lot of local dishes...A Billa supermarket is 2 minutes walking from the apartment... Honestly, we will not be booking elsewhere when we will be visiting Vienna...This is the best place...
