The staff was very welcoming. The gardens are beautiful. The room was comfortable and clean. I is a good place to rest and enjoy nature.
The restaurant is overpriced. Someone needs to pay attention to breakfast time. There was no napkins available, nor butter, nor spoons.

The building displayed authentic Moroccan style as well as the surrounding scenery.
Bathroom towels, pillows and bed covers old are over used, old, dirty and worn down.
Small television compared to size of room.
Hotel restaurant dirty and not well maintained. no napkins, horrible tasteless food

vineyards around the hotel, modern hotel building
the address in BOOKING.COM was given wrongly by purpose. In BOOKING.COM was an address directly in Meknes given, in fact the hotel is 30 minutes outside the city! The hotel staff told us, that they gave an address inside the city because the real address 20km outside Meknes is not found in google-maps !!!!!!! We looked 2 hours for the hotel at the fake address. Very friendly people helped in Meknes and after calling we found out that the booking-com address was faked !!!!
The hotel is compared to what it offers very expensive . The dinner is expensive, but not as good as the price let you imagine. Big show for medium quality

the decor the pool and overall building.
restaurant menu and quality can be improved; also the mattress is extremely hard so if you’re not used to it it’s impossible to sleep. I would recommend improving their staff language capabilities since most of them barely spoke English and pretended that clients speak French. Further, I understand we booked during low season, but one would expect that the spa services mentioned in their website, that is massages and treatments would be available during the stay. unfortunately they were not. Also, not having a professional to show you around the estate’s wine yard doesn’t make very much sense, since people might book especially for enjoying this experience. In the end that’s what it is a wine yard estate.

Beautiful winery and setting nestled away from the hustle and bustle, a nice break from the sightseeing and to break up the journey and relax at a retreat
Some attention to detail is missing that can make the hotel truly shine, for instance as a hotel attached to a winery, the staff doesn't take any effort to explain the wines at the restaurant and make it interesting for guests. Whilst they have listed a bunch of vintage Roslane wines on the menu, none is actually available and the wine available is no different than any other restaurants - and the manager doesnt take time to explain the differences in those wine when I clearly was quite eager to learn and ask questions, the restaurant manager is more interested in serving and explaining the wines to a bunch of French folks. And the wine glass we got was subpar (like those you get at a french bistro) when they clearly have proper thin stemmed red and white glasses lying on the shelf. Overall the place is missing some spark and passion.

The Château is truly a beautiful place. We were there in the low season, so it felt like we had the place allmost for ourselves. I think there were perhaps 3 other couples at the château. The winery and looking over the vines at breakfast or with dinner is a fantastic view. Pool and garden are also very nice maintained.
We would have expected much better service at this level. Although it was low season and perhaps there was less staff, we would have thought that this would not matter. The service was fairly slow, needed to walk up to the front desk to ask for service on the terrace. Breakfast was great, dinner however, was very limited. Of the 10 dishes on the menu, only 5 were available. Also, strangly, we wanted to treat ourselves and go for the older Château Roslane red wines, however in their own restaurant only the 2020 vintage was available (on the menu was a variety of vintages from 2004 to 2018). Other small stuff that surprised us. The second day we had roomservice (again, limited menu), but when we received the food, the staff wanted the tray back. This is not particularly handy with clearing away. In the mornings when we went to the poolarea (not that early) to have breakfast, all the parasols were still laying on the ground and the tables were not set. Normally not a big issue, but for these prices and at such a location seems like something you would expect.

The fact that the staff stole an apple ear pods that I’ve forgotten in the room and that I’ve claimed 2 hours after i left the property was a chock. Especially when the so called manager denied it! Ps: i was 100% sure about it since i remember perfectly where i’ve put them minutes before i left.

Fantastic breakfast , really nice walk in the vineyards and surrounding area . Good wine obviously . They had a outing to see horses which was a lovely experience for our 6 yr old
Room was a little small if you have a little kid , though it was clean and well put together .
