calm place with nice workers.

Bad breakfast options and bugs on the food. we didnt know that They were going to paint hotelrooms next to our room so it was a bad painting smell all over. No air codnition. we could downgrade to a smaller room with aircondition but it was too small. other than that, the room was pretty and staff cleaned our room nice

Posssibly the worst value hotel in Morocco. It has 4 stars, which is 3 stars more than it deserves

The building and gardens are attractive, clean and well maintained.

My room had an en suite bath but no bath plug. No plug for the sink either. The minibar / fridge was empty and didn't work. No kettle, no room service, no laundry service. No remote for the TV. No dinner as the restaurant was closed after breakfast - even though dinner was included in the price.

Nice personal but no facilities no entertainment under maintenance

The personal was nice and very caring. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance that was unfortunate I saw a lot of dirt at the public facilities they have. The rooms are very clean every day coffee wasn’t available at my own time due to Ramadan just passing water wasn’t there at all the cafe was just opening and they didn’t have Coca Cola. Hotel menzah dalia wasnt like it was before they need to work on that so we can enjoy it like it was before it needs more life en entertainment. Al met al it was comfortable and pleasant.

People were nice and helpful. They swapped the room what we didn't like first, and gave us a better one, which was perfect.

The property could be better if the furniture is upgraded. And no ashtrays in the hallways. Thanks.

Nice pool. Too expensive. Poor breakfast. Comfy beds. Good air conditioning.

they were flexible when I mentioned we had to cancel the last night. The pool is nice and clean. Beds are comfortable.

Pool closes at 6pm. too early. In the website they mentioned night entertainment and was nothing. Also not sauna and pictures look far much better than reality. also we requested two rooms with pool view and only one had pool view.

Passable

I liked the balcony facing the pool area. The location of the hotel was good for me as it was the closest to Aqualand Meknes. The pool is also good. Lastly, house keeping is efficient.

What can be really upgraded is the breakfast (as a 4 Stars Hotel) which is very uninteresting and redundant with cold eggs and processed polony and no fruit, everyday. Secondly, i booked 3 rooms and only 1 room the aircon was working (it is hot-summer time). I informed them twice, did nothing. Thirdly, the long passage has a carpet that is never vacuumed. Fourthly, receptionist could not speak English and when i asked for my invoice and i never received it even at checkout time when i gave in my keys of the rooms. Lastly, the pool closes at 7pm and the sun sets only at 8h30 pm.

Nothing. All in all it is a bad hotel

Staff were unprofessional. Hotel carnets were dirty. Bulbs in hallway not working. We took 2 rooms. AC was very poor in both rooms. Maintenance in this hotel is VERY POOR. THERE WAS ALSO A MARRIAGE. IT WAS VERY NOISY. WE COULD NOT SLEEP

Menzeh Dalia review

The swimming pool was awesome. And breakfast was very good.

The hotel is excellent. But, located outside the city. So, having a car is a must. If not you can always hire a Cab.

Nice hotel but the restaurant was not to standard.

Great sized room with a bath, which is a massive plus point for me. Good location, easy to find with good parking.

The evening meal in the restaurant was terrible. Really terrible. We didn't even get water without additional charge. The outside space felt a little neglected.
