Location and facilitie was not bad
It wasn’t clean enough. Especially when you think the price I wasn’t expecting ants all over the room.

thé location is good, the newly renovated suites were nice, the staff was very accommodating and friendly
thé restaurant food was really not at the level. low quality ingredients. only one restaurant across the whole hotel, and so whenever you order something, it can take up to 1 hour to get serviced.
thé hotel is half renovated; so it really depends which side of the hotel you re in,
the pool area was super dusty, the tables and chairs, the transat, all super dusty..
and most of all, NO elevators to get to the pool which is on the -2 and anyone with slight mobility issues Will find it challenging and bad experience.

It was a good room i really can't complain about the room, the bathroom I think was the best part. Although the water didnt get very hot but i guess i am supposed to put that in the section about what we didn't like.
We were really excited to stay here and that quickly started to decline after we walked in. The staff seem to be really rude, unenthusiastic, and like they have better things to do. The check in process was kind of long and everyone just seems to judge you. I dont know if there was some type of communication error or what, I honestly dont know... but there's is a man that helps you from the front desk to you room with your luggage, and at one point I assume he was taking people back to what was supposed to be their room.. and he opened our door instead. We felt really uncomfortable after that and worried at some point someone could just walk in on us at any time. I think that's what really made our experience bad. Not to mention it was our anniversary so that was really off putting. They didn't have to do anything but I had messaged them when i booked asking if there was something they could do for us since it was our anniversary (again not that they had to) but they didn't even answer one way or another. I think for the amount of money, it could be well spent else where.
