Mooie locate en heel aangenaam verblijf.

De faciliteiten in het algemeen :).

Niet elk personeelslid gaf dezelfde service en informatie. Vb, het ene personeelslid ging de bewaarde reiskoffers halen, wij haalden ze zelf op. Verschillende informatie ivm de minibar en het poetsen van de kamer.

Fantastic hotel in a great city-center location!

Amazing room with a window opening to the Passage shopping center. Great location, close to shopping, museums, restaurants, and the hotel staff were very friendly.

I couldn't find any faults with this room, the hotel, and the hotel staff.

Nice hotel but some equipments need to change for safety.

The location is the key point that make us to choose this hotel. Metro station just nearby and so many shopping stores and restaurants around this hotel. The vibe is lively, you will really enjoy to have stay here.

Shower tray is not level well. The water will flow to oppose direction instead of sewer location...The room entrance door has no cushion device, so it will just close so hard automatically and you have to really pay attention of this, otherwise this heavy door will smash you down for sure...this is so dangerous...

De kamer was heel netjes. Het bed was super fijn. En er was een heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt.

Aangezien wij beide lang zijn is de douche wat krap.

Super Lage, aber Zimmer für meinen Geschmack zu dunkel und einfach

Lage mitten in einer schönen Einkaufsstraße. Frühstück war gut.

Zimmer trotz Renovierung dunkel und wenig einladend für einen Aufenthalt.

Great option in heart of the Hague

Shared room with my two grandchildren. Staff had put in three beds, it was perfect. Friendly front office, extensive breakfast buffet

I loved staying at Novotel!

Room. Location. breakfasr. friendly staff. Bicycle shed. Stable internet connection. Being able to work using my laptop sitting in the lobby.

Nothing really. Entering parking was a bit challenging in terms of tight turning radius.

Lovely hotel with a not so lovely bed.

Very, VERY central. 100 points for that. Lovely breakfast area & unlimited water fill up station in the lobby (pretty cool and unusual in the Netherlands?)

Unfortunately the bed (mattress?) was VERY uncomfortable. I woke up with back pains on 3 days. I normally have no problems at all with hotelbeds but this one literally killed my back. What a shame.

We arrived at the Hotel and the check in was smooth,the room was a bit tiny and no toilet brush or sink in the toilet which is separate from the bathroom.

The breakfast was good and kids friendly, the location is also perfect as you can reach many locations either by public means just outside the hotel or take a walk.

Not bad and not the best. It was a good hotel.

The location and the space of the room. The staff was very friendly. They have a private parking space under the hotel. Price for parking was okay not all to expensive.

The bed and pillow was a bit too hard (my preference). The shower drain was clogged up. The water didn’t drain good. We had to wait for the water to drain after one person showered.

Nice room size, perfect location , close to everything. Good breakfast.

Cleaning in the hotel and room needs severe improvement. It was missing to be done in the room, no towels change in 2 days, no shower gel in the bathroom.
