Muy contentos

Todo. La ubicación perfecta junto a la plaza de San Marcos. En la habitación teníamos una cafetera y un frigorífico en el que reponían con agua, zumo y yogurt. Además, en el hall está la puerta a la pastelería Rosa Salva, con la que está cubierta cualquier necesidad para desayunar o comer antes de empezar el día. Todo buenísimo. La atención del personal de recepción es inmejorable.

la bomba de calor no calentó la habitación suficientemente para hacerla confortable la primera noche.

Отличное расположение - 3 минуты до Сан Марко и 6 до риальто. Самое главное на улочке тихо ночью, тк рядом нет баров, что редкость в центре. Очень помогающий персонал, чисто, обновленные ванные комнаты.

Нет завтраков, но в номере оставляют пару йогуртов, сок, капсулы для кофе машины. Внизу кондитерская, но она закрыта по воскресениям. Комары зверские во влажности, не вытаскивайте фумигатор из розетки, он оставлен не просто так.

A beautiful two-night stay in Venice-the perfect quiet retreat in a very busy city.

For a two-night stay in Venice, we had a perfect location and a comfortable room that featured architectural beams from many years ago. We could easily navigate to the major sites and enjoyed the modern renovations to the bath, as well as the discount at lovely coffee shop adjacent to the lobby replete with delicious pastries and other treats.

Fab location, friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable

Although there was no breakfast, we still had yogurt and fresh juice and water supplied everyday. There was a selection of teas and coffee. The shower room was fab with plenty space to put out your own toiletries.

The lighting was not great for putting on makeup and it would be good to have another mirror in the bedroom.

Hotel in posizione super strategica, moderno, pulito, accogliente. Il personale è gentilissimo e molto preparato, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza del cliente. Complimenti!

La colazione non è inclusa, ma c'è la pasticceria accanto alla reception, in cui si ha uno sconto del 10%.

Con qualche piccola accortezza in più sarebbe perfetto. Comunque ci tornerei volentieri.

Posizione perfetta, vicinissima a piazza san Marco. L'hotel non offre servizio colazione continentale a buffet, ma proprio sottostante la struttura dell'hotel c'è l'omonima pasticceria con scelta molto varia e valida di prodotti dolci e salati.

Siamo rimasti 3 notti e il primo giorno di pulizie la camera non era stata pulita in maniera accorta, sia per quanto riguarda la camera che aveva il letto rifatto forse in maniera frettolosa e quindi le coperte risultavano stropicciate come se qualcuno ci si fosse sdraiato sopra sia proprio per la pulizia a terra abbiamo ritrovato anche delle briciole lasciate lì dalla sera prima. Inoltre avevamo terminato la carta igienica e non era stata rifornita.

Great value for money. A lovely few days for Carnevale and shall definitely book here again.

This is a delightful 3 star superior hotel which feels like a 4 star. There are no meal options but you can breakfast in one of Venice’s most famous caffè/pastry shops which is attached (full of locals!). Right in the middle of town but on a Calle so quiet you would never imagine being only a stone’s throw from St Mark’s and Rialto.

Great visit in a surprisingly new and clean hotel with amazing location and staff.

Location was great, as it is very close to the central sights in Venice. There is a perfect little cafe downstairs to start your day. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the fridge even had juices and yogurts included.

There was no elevator to our room, so if we had bigger bags that might have been a pain. But the hotel staff is always willing to assist if needed.

Superb

This should for all intents and purposes be a 4* hotel, it was great! Located right next to excellent restaurants and a stone's throw from San Marco. The Room was luxurious, we were offered a large suite with a private courtyard view, and very comfortable beds. The room itself was well equipped with fridge, TV, snacks and so on. Staff were friendly and the hotel was a great base to explore all of Venice!

Unfortunately no breakfast is offered, simply a 10% voucher for the cafe downstairs but since we stayed Saturday - Sunday the cafe was closed Sundays. That said, there were great breakfast options nearby so that wasn't a big disappointment.

Excellent value, excellent location

Great location, in a quiet courtyard just around the corner from the Piazza San Marco. Nicely decorated room (bed and bathroom) with up-to-date fixtures. Very comfortable bed. There’s no restaurant for breakfast, instead there’s a kettle and a nespresso in the room, and yogurt in the fridge. Perfectly fine for us.

Great modern facilities in a fab location.

Fantastic!! We have stayed in the main hotel before and the annex rooms were equally as amazing!! Great service on arrival, and from the housekeeping team throughout. Great location, exceptionally clean and so nice and quiet despite being in the hustle and bustle right in San Marco. Will be back!! Thank you!!

Superb

The place is a 5 min walk from the Rialto waterbus stop. The rooms were very nice. Beds were a bit too soft for my taste. The bathrooms were decent size. The hotel has their own good patisserie shop on the ground floor which serves excellent coffee and breakfast and snacks throughout the day.

Beds were a bit too soft. When we came in initially into the room, there was a wierd funky smell in the room. When we asked, the reception helped to switch off the air ionisation unit in the room which was causing the odor. From then on there was no other issues.
