Great Time

Very Good and nice place very nice location view fr9m pool area to Sea site amaizing, great value... if will have back to Ibiza will choice same place Houses amaizing like traditional Spanish urbanization whislch is great Food in canteen very nice, most of traditional Spanish dishes 😋

Nothing. This is absolutely the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying in. The managers are disgraceful and abusive. The hotel is a complete SCAM. They take your booking and then put you in a tiny room instead of what you have paid for and then try to get you to pay to upgrade to the room you have already booked and paid for. We saw this happening to almost every family that was checking in and the queues to complain were unbelievable. It took 2 hours for us to be checked in, we booked the largest room on offer which was a quadruple for 2 adults and 2 children, they checked us into a double room (only 2 single beds) and refused to give us cots for the children as they said this would count as extra beds, despite us having paid for a room with four beds. We were put on the top floor with two flights of stairs for access despite knowing we had two prams and a 1 and 2 year old. After complaining they threatened to throw us out of the hotel at 10pm at night, the manager was screaming and threatening us and slamming his hands on the table. We ended up calling booking.com and they advised us to check out and they would cancel our stay and order the hotel to refund us. Yet I've never received a refund for our 5 day (cancelled) stay, and was charged again by the hotel for the one night we did stay. It's been over 6 weeks and I'm still trying to get my money back. This was my first holiday with my daughter and it was ruined and I'm still out of pocket, having also had to pay to check into another hotel during the trip. Honestly don't waste your time or money with this horrible hotel. The food is awful, the rooms are dated and dirty, and the staff are the rudest ever! Don't be SCAMMED yourself!

Being SCAMMED Being aggressively threatened by the managers on a number of occasions in front of our two toddlers. Being charged twice for our stay which we cancelled and moved into another hotel after one horrendous night Not being refunded!! Still dealing with this 6 weeks later

Staff were very helpful, friendly, giving you pointers or where is best to go. Views from the pool and because it's east facing the amazing sunrises.

The pool did get very busy and for me needed a little more parasols...

Annoying market

The rooms are a good size and bed was comfortable. The all inclusive buffet is pretty efficient and location of the hotel is good.

The hotel is more of a holiday village than a hotel and the weekly hippy market is on the hotel grounds and gets incredibly busy, the stole owners are setting up from 5am clanging metal bars, then from 7.30am every man and his dog in ibiza seems to be in Es Cana for the market and you have to literally leave the complex to relax. Llum need to be more honest about the market on their listings for the Cala Martina as it doesn't say anything about the market and some people would be surprised by this.

When my friend and I arrived at the hostel, the receptionnist gave me the room key of another family. When I unlocked the door, I saw the stuff of another family. At this moment I understood it wasn't my room, but somebody else's room. I was so disapointed because that's a big mistake and when I told the staff how disapointed I was, they told me mistakes happen sometimes. Also, the cleaning staff have never putt new towels in our room (they didn't even take the messy ones). We had to go to the reception to ask for new and clean towels. I do not recommend this hostel for the amount of money it cost me and I will never go back there again.

Overall it was fine and for kids it is great.

Rooms are nice, pool was not clean and not great to swim in unfortunately, kids club great, food was better than expected.

The hotel felt a little run down I think mainly due to the lack of staff working. As said above the pool and the pool area was not super great, quite unkept and under maintained. eg. one very windy day there were leave and sticks everywhere, in the pool as well, and no one was cleaning it up.

Very Disappointed - would not come back

The location and the fact that this place is advertised as "A Hotel" is a joke. All food cold - not happy at all although Es Cana is a beautiful place. Also what is with the "Hippy Market" waking everyone up at 5am on a Wednesday morn

It could be good, but it's not.

Excellent breakfast and dinner with large selection. Easy to check-in and out.

The AC was loud to sleep next to it. The TV didnt work. The shampoo, soap has not been filled up during the week. The towels has been changed one time during the week... The parking is problematic in the neighborhood.

Amazing Experience

We booked an all inclusive stay and it was really good for the price we paid. The staff was really nice and helpful, the rooms were very clean and up to standard, food was very good but sometimes it was a bit disappointing but still satisfied. We also liked the fact that we arrived from our flight really late around 9:30pm and they told us that they have some food for people that arrive late and that was great since we were hungry and very tired so didn’t feel like going around to see where to find something to eat. Apart from that I needed a 2 pin adapter for my hair dryer and since they didn’t have the receptionist gave me a hair dryer and she saved me haha. Last thing was that our departure was late at night they let us leave the luggages and still use their services and have lunch and dinner which is amazing!!

Maybe a little bit more variety of food near the pool and juices and drinks were too strong, not alcohol wise, taste wise.

Best start to our Ibiza honeymoon! 100% recommend!

Absolutely loved this complex! Exceeded all our expectations for what we paid for it!

The only downside was the steep hill up to the pool and bar area but it was made easier by the thought of a vodka at the top and looking at the amazing views :)

AMAZING

I can’t believe this is only 2 stars, I think 3! Way better then expected after reading some reviews, staff were incredible, rooms are so modern ( massive smart TV’s!) and the food was really good. Also was a lovely surprise that it’s home to the Hippy Market, crazy to see it come to life on Wednesday. Overall it is amazing!!! Es Canar is amazing too, quieter then some resorts but lush! As with Ibiza a lot of the clubs/attractions are spread all over so nothings more then a taxi ride away, we would just book one a few hours before at the front desk. I will for sure be back !

No late check out option but that’s just me being a princess, also pool doesn’t open till 10 which can be frustrating if you want an early tan sessions
