Perfect! All 12 of us loved our stay

Lovely hotel. We travelled with a large family group- including 5 children aged between 3 months and 11 years. The hotel amenities were perfect for everyone. The 3 year old has a dairy allergy and the chef prepared options for him everyday. No fuss , no drama- just done with kindness and thought.

One small point would be that the entertainment team could have been better. Apparently they were new so will probably improve as the season progresses.

Chilled Ibiza experience

The food was great, a nice variety everyday with no bad stomach or "spanish belly" due to eating the Salads ect.

Overcrowded restaurant on a few occasions. It left us unable to find a table with our 1 Yr old son who needed a high chair as prams/pushchairs are banned, oh and if we were able to have a high chair. On a number of occasions they were all being used so we had to wait. A designated area for families needed high chairs would be better.

Not for me!

This property was always clean and tidy, rooms cleaned everyday and maid service doing so were so lovely and friendly!

I booked this hotel to extend a stay in the resort that I love, this was the cheapest available at the time. The food was pretty average and basic, literally observed a child picking food up, putting in mouth and putting back. This hotel is also very loud and the entertainment very cheesy and over the top. I imagine if you are travelling with kids it would be great here! But as a couple who just wanted to chill it was a bit too much! Further to this is the sun bed situation, towels are down before you even rise in the morning! We did always get a sunbed but it was very crowded.

The hotel overall was fab. Food was good and the cleanliness was excellent.

My only gripe is that we booked four superior, double rooms with a sofa bed. None of our rooms had the extra space or a sofa and our view was of a roof with generators on. We did query the rooms that we had been given and were told that Superior rooms do not have a sofa and that the error was Booking.com's and not theirs. We specifically booked these rooms to have the extra space and better quality room so were disappointed.

Fabulous

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean looked like they had been refurbished recently. The reception staff were very helpful. Hotel was in a good position near to the beach and main resort area 3 or 4 minutes walk away. There was plenty of sun beds around the swimming pools no problem in getting one every morning. The hotel reps worked really hard each day.

Entertainment at night was bit basic and finished quite early. Food was a bit repetitive but it was ok.

OK but bedroom not acceptable

The staff worked hard and the animation team were extremely inclusive

We booked a 'superior room' yet our balcony did not see any sun at any time of day. A basic expecation is the balcony will be of use, but it was dark and impossible even to dry clothes as it was so cold and shaded when the rest of the resort was in 27 degree heat. The whole room including the bed was overlooked by many other rooms, meaning we also had to keep the curtain shut. Not fit for purpose never mind 'superior'. The dining area was tiny meaning it got overcrowded and not much choice considering the large number of guests.

We enjoyed our stay until all our cash got stolen.

WE GOT ROBBED! we’re so sorry to tell, that we got robbed in this hotel during we left our room for only 30min to eat breakfast. You can unlock the doors with a card only. Talking to the manager of this hotel is kind of impossible! He was very stubborn and not willing to find a solution to satisfy his guests at all! All our trust in this hotel and its team is gone! We would never book again!

Very good

Great animation team, we really enjoyed daytime games and evening shows. Good location, 5min. walk to es canar beach, 15min. to very beautiful cala nova beach. Food was sufficient, as for 3 star hotel exceeded my expectations.

Rooms a bit smallish, exterior of main building could do with a lick of paint. Very small choice of afternoon snacks.

1 member of staff a bit rude and silly policy’s about collecting drinks and food. I was a single parent family & 2 drinks & 2 items from snack bar does not work. I understand restrictions on all inclusive but a little bit more flexibility would of helped now having to queue twice.

The staff work so hard and are very helpful and friendly. The entertainment team are the best we’ve ever experienced. They 5 star and above!

We went in October so evenings were chilly, it would have been great to have outdoor heaters since the entertainment was outdoors.

Lively hotel, all inclusive, activities morning and lunch time for everyone to participate if wanted to, darts, shooting, ping pong, aquagym and games for kids. Great entertainment every night. I’ve cream for kids all day long. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby, beach 3mins walk.

Beach towel not provided. Bedroom was a little small but we made do.

Dated but immaculate hotel and great entertainment staff.

The rooms have recently been redecorated and very nice. We had two adjoining rooms for our family of four which was fantastic. The hotel is immaculate. Entertainment staff were so lovely, funny and great with the kids. Don’t stay here unless you love kids.

Reception area dated and shabby. Some of the loungers need throwing out. Food a bit repetitive so if you’re super fussy you may want to check out local restaurants but fantastic for children.

Great stay with family

All meals were great. The animation team were the best group of guys ever. We've seen quite a few animation teams inn the past with other hotels. But the team here at the Ereso were amazing. Lovely hotel in a great location with good bus networks to city and airport.

Excellent Location

Good location, it was clean and food was nice and fresh. Also offered hospitality shower room so we could shower before coming home.

Asked for a double bed and just had 2 twin beds pushed together that moved apart when you moved.
