I love the hotel, location and staff and will return - however it it the food that lets it down

Location is fab with brilliant swimming pool and sunbathing areas

The food here is a massive let down, we ate out 3 nights of the four we stayed.

The worst Hyatt hotel I ever went into, not worth the price

The calm

First horrible is the personnel, agressive, not friendly. Second, the food, it would be better in a cheap cantina from a poor school. Third the room, no equipment, no service, cheap bed… and of course the « all inclusive » expensive which includes almost nothing at specific time and specific place.

Locatie was rustig, dat vond ik persoonlijk iets minder. Maar het hotel, de kamer en faciliteiten waren top.

DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL..I wish I can get some of the money I paid!

I have nothing good to say,we had a bad experience at this property..the pictures look nice, the pools are nice.. if we would’ve gotten the room we paid for then it would’ve been okay, but then put us in a tiny, tiny room (not at all what I paid for)..the food was terrible..tasteless food, like being given scraps.

We were given a tiny room (not what I paid for which was a semi-seafront view) and that it was an upgrade because it was sea front…because the front desk person “Beatrice” said they didn’t have rooms left and that all rooms are the same square footage but that the room that I booked just had an open concept with the bathroom being open so there’s no privacy so I said, okay, I would want a more private bathroom because I was with my Mom but on our 3rd night, I happened to look at a room that was getting cleaned and the shower and toilet had doors so they were private and it was bigger, so I complained to the front desk/manager who did say that the room I booked was in fact bigger, and ended up transferring to a bigger room but not semi-seafront view but with the pool view.. she said, the room you would’ve gotten is really noisy because it’s right above the restaurant where they have singing/show every night, but that we should’ve been given the room and let us decide if it was too noisy, not decide for us! Also the food was terrible, breakfast, lunch and dinner, just mediocre food…we did have a great view for 2 nights..

Lovely hotel, beautiful pool area with added entertainment with DJ and sax player late afternoon. Good range of drinks and food was lovely. Rooms were spacious and modern. Would definitely return.

The staff at the buffet were so lovely and helpful

The place was quite run down, much more than the photos showed. There is no parking and they say there is public parking nearby but it’s always full so really hard to access. Location wasn’t great but we knew that. It seemed really overpriced for what it was - I stayed at a hotel a street back a few year ago and it was much nicer and better price

Nice place but could do better.

Location and ease of access.

Food was bland and repetitive. No real daily menu changes considering it’s an adults only if want more. Two of the party appear to have been spiked so watch the drinks and no they were not drunk or drinking irresponsibly

It was the worst birthday stay; and I’m glad I changed to only two days instead of the four initially.

It’s not much that I liked. The room was just okay. The pictures are deceiving so beware. The room was clean but not what I expected for a “resort.”

This is not an all-inclusive resort. It’s a hotel with a cafeteria with a terrace. Nothing about this was “resort” and “all-inclusive.” It’s very over priced for the lack of amenities and food offerings.

this is my fifth time at the hotel and find the staff, facilities and location superb however with a few minor changes the food could be excellent !!

food could be improved with choices ie more toppings for omelets and pasta etc ! why does all inclusive end at 11 ?

Staff and hotel appearance was lovely

Adults only hotel but pool closed at 6pm Tap in bedroom was broken and leaked so much for 2 days. We had to ask 3 times for a repair. The floor was soaking and clothes ruined.

absolutely loved it

Glamorous beautiful property with a lovely view of the beach and sunrise every morning. The pool was particularly lovely and very calm and tranquil. The staff were very helpful and were always happy to answer any questions. We had breakfast included and it was fantastic with lots of choice. The eggs were cooked there and then, everything was very fresh.

Due to our room location Charlie’s (bar) was a little loud some nights but this really didn’t affect us and you could just ask for a poolside view

Great location, comfortable beds, clean rooms, friendly staff and plenty of loungers spaced out well around the various pools.

Evening buffet menu was limited so a little disappointing.
