Worst night at the lodge. Noise from trains for the greater part of the night. When trains stopped running, foot steps pounding the floor boards took over! I don't even know how I finally fell asleep.

Customer service, safety, convinient
I didnt sleep because of train pass noise every minute

Room was not very clean.. outside the balconies an insane amount of rubbish and dirt.. no towels, no soap no paper.. very noisy because of trains..99 pounds is a rip off sorry.

No breakfast
Next to underground line, noise from upstairs as well. When booking out no staff had to phone mobile number and the lady who answered struggled to understand when asking where do we leave the key for the room. Also online states has a car park this was not correct no car park facilities.

The location was very convenient next to the Turnham Green station. Felix at the reception was very helpful and respectful, he provided me with all I have needed during my 2 weeks stay.
Quite noisy sometimes. In the night, especially, you could hear almost everything from the other rooms. There is no one at the reception from 10pm till 10am next day, which I found a bit awkward.

Very friendly staff. Got us checked in and up and running very quickly.
Not much. Very close to the tube station and you can hear them a bit but not enough to spoil a very short stay.
2.6
Very close to Piccadilly/District lines underground station, half-way Heathrow - London Centre.

Noisy and very dated, fumes.from the trains inside the room.

1) THE ROOM WAS SMALL
2) NO CHAIR !
3) WATER ON BATHROOM FLOWING IN VERY VERY SMALL QUANTITIES!! ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TAKE A SHOWER!
4) WI-FI ALMOST ALWAYS WITHOUT SIGNAL, SO NO INTERNET AVAILABLE !!

The location was perfect for me, even the tube line being within 20 meters from my window was no problem.
The room was clean and reasonably comfortable for a few nights stay.
Because of the size of the room there was no closet space at all, just a clothes rail in a corner without hangers. It couldn't be used anyway for lack of space.
On arrival it was a bit annoying to find there was only some hand soap to shower.
Tried to watch the Queen's funeral on tv, but remote didn't work and buttons on the itself couldn't change channels. WiFi was was going up and down all the time, so watching the funeral on my mobile through 4G was the only option. I must admit though that I didn't try to get the tv issue resolved.

This is a low-cost hotel, so don't go in expecting the Berkeley. But for the money you pay, it is good enough.
I was in the hotel's additional building though, which is down the other end of the high street and away from the train station - I can understand why some guests might not like to be in the main building beside the train station. Ask for the second building if you want a quieter room (or just put some ear plugs in, like I do). Otherwise, it was warm, comfortable, clean and in a good location behind the lovely High Road House.
The bed was quite creaky and there was no kettle.
