This beautiful 3 bedroom is located within the King David Residence next to the King David Hotel. It comprises a living room with an open kitchen, a balcony , 3 private bathrooms with independent toilets and another separate toilet (three toilets in total)
The apartment features very high-ended standard and is made of noble material, luxury decoration and modern technology including central AC, electrical blinds, TV in living room and master bedroom, etc.
The Space:
A luxurious boutique apartment in the heart of the city center and Mamilla neighborhood and within walking distance from the Western Wall, close to the hotel, cafes, restaurants, beautiful park and public transportation. The apartment is surrounded by a beautiful green area. 3 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and living room with sun balcony close to Independence Park and the boulevard On Agron Street, in the apartment there are two beautiful and special bathrooms, the apartment is centrally air conditioned and parquet flooring in the bedrooms, the apartment is equipped for Shabbat and holidays

Great location and building ,dirty and poor apartment,advertising that King David swimming pool is accessible,but didn’t mention that it’s closed for renovation.AC was good and located well,that’s all

This property was in a great location and in a very nice building but it was NOT as advertised. It was not cleaned properly and had holes in the walls. The bathrooms smelled like mold. One of the showers didn’t work properly and flooded the bathroom. The other shower was dirty and moldy and was too small to use. The balcony was nice but had boxes on it. We were missing a set of sheets so we had to share a bed with our son. We complained to the renters but we didn’t receive any cleaning or sheets. No one came to fix the shower. It would definitely NOT stay in this rental apartment again.

Out of three showers: on one, the door is completely missing so it is important to take a shower without flooding the bathroom; one door is ineffective and lets water leak from under the door so thst bathroom floods as well; the third is mostly on but it looks like it is also missing a part of the door so need to be very careful taking a shower.
2. Please, supply some detergent for the clothes washer, just like you applied some dishwasher detergent.
But otherwise everything was great.
