Really enjoyable

Everything was lovely! Fay and the rest of the staff was so lovely and accommodating, we arrived extra early and they made us comfortable until our room was ready. We were really happy we stayed here for our honeymoon.

Perfect location, welcoming and helpful staff

Perfect location, amazing staff, amazing view, We felt so welcomed and had the best stay, we will be staying again if we come back to Santorini! Would recommend to anyone! Faih at the reception, and the lovely man (sorry i forgot his name 🙁)who served breakfast and carried our luggage to and from the accomodation were the absolute highlight of our stay, they are amazing

Amazing - view, staff, room, location. Just book!

Amazing view, stylish room. Dramatic small pool. Incredibly picturesque hotel. Kostas on reception was SOOO lovely and funny. He put a third chair on the balcony for us so we could enjoy the sunset and breakfast as a family. Perfect for our last night treat in Greece before flying home from Santorini airport.

The aircon struggled to completely cool the sofa bed side of the room because it's in a sort of alcove and beside the shower room, so it was a bit hot over there at night. An extra fan or small AC unit would be useful. But the room, location, view, and hotel overall were so spectacular it wouldn't put us off staying there again.

Exceptional

The location of Chic Hotel, a little on the outskirts of the hustle and business of central Fira was ideal. On a lovely lane, with great food options and a most incredible view from the balcony of your room. Room was clean and nice, jacuzzi on our balcony overlooking the caldera was an incredible way to start our vacation. Staff was super warm and helpful with any needs. Great place to stay while in Santorini.

We couldn’t have been happier with our experience at the Chic Hotel.

The views from the hotel are spectacular, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the rooms are very comfortable. In addition, guests have private spaces for breakfast, swimming, and sunbathing. Fay and Katia, who staffed the front desk gave great recommendations for excursions and pampering. We loved staying at the Chic Hotel and hope to come back!

One thing that could be better would be to have an option for brighter lighting in the bathrooms.

great views and great location. get a room with hot tub outside. better in summer for that. winter time was nice barely

location was excellent and great breakfast every morning with a wonderful view.

the hot tub in our room was just lukewarm barely. it over flows bad design. I slipped not knowing there was water that settled in the corner later. I bruised myself pretty good. winter was nice barely any people but not much was open unfortunately.

Stunning view, outstanding staff. Lovely personalized breakfast delivered to your private balcony.

The People were exceptional friendly and helpful. There were lots of lounge areas to either sit alone and relax or gather with others. It was such a treat to have the breakfast delivered to your private sitting area with a wonderful view every morning. The rooms were very unique and comfortable.

One of the rooms had a step down to the shower… so if you are tall be sure and duck!!

Amazing as always! 2nd time here and cannot recommend it enough. This hotel has a spectacular Caldera view and most welcoming staff ever. Location is convenient and rooms are very comfy. Our special thanks to Faih, her colleague and all staff for making our stay so unforgettable and making us feel at home. We cannot wait to come back!

Amazing views, incredible room, lovely people !

Santorini is such a unique place. And Chic Hotel adds to that feeling. The cave like room is amazing. We stayed at number 9 which has a hot tub inside the room. It is very different, the bathroom always feels like a sauna which is lovely, and then outside in the room it's like a lovely hotel room. The bed was big and super comfy. The breakfast was great. The hotel pool was on our floor, so we made the most of it. The view from the hotel is amazing. I really loved Firostefani. It's a little more relaxed than Fira which we enjoyed. Fay and Konsta were amazing. So attentive and had great advise always. We booked some of our activities with them and they were great. They had great recommendations around food, travelling around the island, walks, etc. Everyone that worked at the hotel was super nice. Just lounging next to pool and seeing the view was amazing. Thank you so much Chic Hotel team, we had a lovely time !!

Wow!

The staff is just amazing. They do anything to help you out! They kept our bags and let us use the pool after checking out since we had a late flight to Athens. The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and well designed. The beds were comfortable. The views are just incredible, you can see the sunset from your bed! Breakfast is great and served in an amazing setting! 10-15 minute walk to the main shopping area, bars and clubs!

Water was super cold in the pool but it comes with the season. Water from the bathroom sink splashed everywhere but doesn’t really affect anyones stay! Nothing bad to say!

perfect place to celebrate a special anniversary

hosts Fay and Kosta were brilliant super friendly and helpful, really went out of there way to ensure you had a great holiday , they organised pick up from airport , met the taxi to carry bags to the hotel and booked trips for us and also helped me out with restaurant recommendations when I emailed asking before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. the location was perfect, 10 min walk from Thira, views were amazing, property overlooks Caldera so great to watch sunset, close to some lovely restaurants and shops. nice pool, small but great to cool off in, nice breakfast served on your balcony each morning

only slight negative was lack of storage for clothes! room could do with chest of drawers or shelves, but didn’t spoil the stay and would still return and stay here again, based on location and friendliness of staff

Beatific property with lovely staff

Property offers beautiful views of the Santorini Caldera, it is easily accessible (a few steps) to restaurants in Firostefani. Rooms are beautifully designed with minimalist and traditional touches. Staff is friendly and very helpful with recommendations

Absolutely beautiful hotel with the best views of the caldera and the sunset!

Our room (the deluxe suite) was amazing!!! The sea views from the room and private terrace are absolutely breathtaking and it’s the best place to see the amazing Santorini sunsets. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is also perfect, right in the middle of town, but quiet at all times. Loved having breakfast in our bathrobes on the terrace ;) This hotel deserves 5 stars! Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful hotel with amazing views!

A beautiful boutique hotel with amazing views. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, helping us book transfers and hotel reservations. The free morning breakfast was great. They brought it right to our patio to eat outside while enjoying the spectacular views. The sunsets from our room were great! I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Not much, it was pretty great! We didn't have any issues. There are quite a few steps, but that's pretty much everywhere in Santorini so it's to be expected.

The location is nothing else but perfect, very clean and comfortable. Big and nice breakfast. The stuff, especially Fay and kostas were just amazing- friendly, helpful and fullfil every request we could wish for. Very recommended!
