Perfect Location

Staff were very welcoming and friendly, great recommendations for places to go and eat. Apartment was very clean and spacious, outdoor spa and pool is really nice. Location was perfect a few mins walk to beach and cafes.

The only thing I can fault was no smoking on the balcony, in the room directory said designated smoking area but did not say where to go. Rooms a little out dated but everything was in working condition.

There was no milk in the fridge though we saw a used one in the fridge.

Pleasant , loved the hot spa.

Comfort , code to restus and cafes and beach walk.

The shower does was to small, te others person was large and could barely even enter the shower sideways, aI am very small and entry into the shower was just possible.

Great facilities, clean rooms, very nice staff and great location.

Kids loved the pool the location is great, central to everything

We had a two bed apartment on level two, the front room could hear everything through the building, not great when you have young children in there and they are waking up all the time to people coming in and out of apartments and the lifts as well as the noisy games room (which is located on ground floor but the sound travels through the building)

the couch was absolutely horrible ! as a couple hubby took one I had the one on right angle to the tv ! both super uncomfortable and not at all practicable for a couple snuggle up ! plus no Netflix !

Very helpful with helping us when we had to extend our stay due to the funeral that we originally came up for was delayed until the 3rd of August

Location was perfect.

The spa was not clean and didnt seem to work very well. Price was ridiculous for the size and it wasnt like the photos when we booked. All in all it was very disappointing and we wont be staying there again.

Pool area is great, great location to the beach.

The blankets on the bed don’t seem to be washed between guests, there were several with stains and they all smelt like sweat. So gross! The room felt dirty, the carpet and couches were disgusting.

where to start, unfriendly check in not welcoming building is very dated and needs serious attention- was nothing like the online photos- and when did they obtain the star rating? on opening day ?? we travel extensively and I do not consider ourselves 'difficult' I was not going to rate this establishment however you did ask so here it is.. room was spacious but that's it really.. see photos
