The location is so close to the Launceston CBD and the apartment large and well appointed. Beds were comfortable and large

A comfortable central stay for a few days with all necessary self contained facilities.

the staff were exceptional on our first day, I got lost turning into one way streets etc. We were guided in and a staff member met us at the door and was so pleasant to us. The studio apt had everything we needed, a comfortable bed and glorious view over Launcestion.

The window in the shower opened directly onto an open walkway to other apartments.

Only stayed one night but it was good. Enjoyed the views very much.

Fantastic views and handy to town.

Toilet is in an odd position in the corner of the bathroom making it difficult to access comfortably. Otherwise the bathroom was very clean.

great self contained apartments and value for money. Cleaning needs improvement.

great self contained unit

the floors were filthy and desperately need to be cleaned. all doors were vacuumed but evidently had not been properly cleaned in some time. Our infant’s clothes had to be changed twice in a matter of hours as they were blackened by the dirty carpets. The large bed was almost too uncomfortable.

I thought the location was good. I felt the accomodation was run down and did not warrant a 4 stars.

The location was handy.

There was a mouldy roller blind in the bathroom which was faulty and impacted my feeling of safety and privacy. To be fair The staff attempted to fix it, eventually tiring it closed with string., and provided a small discount on my room rate for the inconvenience.

Enjoyed our stay and the ground floor apartment was well equiped and easily accessed from our car.

Perfect location close to Launceston CBD.

The springs on one side of the bed had failed and made a loud noise as I moved on it

The view! Good sized room. Kitchenette facilities ok despite being grubby

The wifi was appalling. I had work to do every evening and the only decent wifi could be found in the reception area which was less than helpful. The reception staff member we interacted with probably needs to look for a new job. It was obvious that she didn’t enjoy her work. She was dismissive and definitely not helpful!

Great location, staff and facilities.

Location was great, with a lovely view across the city in the evening. Plenty of room and has all the facilities we required. Older style accommodation but very clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Passable

It was a stinker of a day extremely hot but i managed to get room cooled down quickly, room was close to vehicle and easy to park. Given this was just a work stop all i needed was a bed , a shower and some quiet, got them all

Lots of noise from heat pumps starting up every few minutes , room 1 seems to be surrounded by them, very disturbed sleep. to be fair it was a very hot night

Overall happy with our visit to Launceston. Went on the chair lift which was good & also Tamar Cruises.

the unit was nice & comfortable. easy walk into town.

the bed was too hard & the town clock bells kept going off every 30 minutes

Great location for a short stay.

Very central location. Lots of different types of food available close by. Botanical gardens and city shops and markets all walking distance. 5 - 10 minutes. Full size fridge and a good range of cooking facilities.

Memorable for all the wrong reasons

Great bed and view over Launceston. Good location near to CBD if you don’t mind hills.

Far to little storage space meant we were constantly tripping over our suitcases/ rucksacks. Basin in bathroom to small and badly situated. Arrived back at apartment after long day only to find the oven wasn’t working. Owner FaceTimed us promptly but only promised to replace oven following day! We felt much more could have been done e.g. provided us with key to vacant apartment to use it’s oven, offered to buy us a meal( even a takeaway would have been acceptable- we were starving!),given us a refund to offset our irritation and massive inconvenience.

Great Location

3 night stay room had basic cooking facilities which was great to be able to do simple breafast and dinners. Location close to city centre to walk and explore but away from the crowd. Great views from balcony, 2 nd floor room

nothing stands out as a dislike with this accomodation, would stay here again

Horrible.

Nothing more disappointing to return after a long day to find that the rooms had not been done and the wet towels we left on the floor per the instructions were still there. Reception had gone off for the day (5.30pm) and the number they gave us could not even help us with a simple request of fresh towels. We had not been informed that there wasn't going to be housekeeping. A basic item that had xaused us such inconvenience and unpleasant experience.
