Location and outlook from room
Staff not particularly friendly, with one particularly unpleasant snob

Location it's the best
Reaching there with luggage was difficult

The remodeled rooms were lovely. Breakfast was terrific, served in a wonderful dining room with a view of the Jungfrau. The staff were absolutely exquisite in their service level.
The concrete and metal lips on many of the door jams were a pain point for us. No refrigerator in room. No in room safe.

Breakfast was good and didn’t realize it was included in the hotel price. Nice surprise!!
We were chilly in the room after it rained and we were unable to reach anyone to ask how to turn the heat on.

Location. Very close to the station.
Interior of the hotel. what a beautiful place!
Nothing

History and location. Food.
service could be better to justify the price (we couldn’t have our breakfast outside as waiter told us he is in his own and we should sit inside) hotel should invest in Bathroom as it was really outdated.

It's very well maintained and gives you a royal vibe.
I wish there was more staff. You will have wait for a while even for a glass of water.

From the minute I was greeted at the lobby door, all the staff treated me very professionally in the restaurant and breakfast room. They were friendly and made sure I was happy with their service and food. Breakfast was delicious and had a good selection. Dinner in the restaurant was an enjoyable experience: great food, great wine sitting in a room with an incredible view.
I really liked the quality decor of the Regina Hotel. It's an old hotel, with high quality decor and design. The location is a short walk from the station. Hotel Regina is from an older era, but the fact is it has stood the test of time and we can still enjoy this for many years to come. It is an extremely relevant hotel.
I will be returning and will stay longer both in summer and winter to fully appreciate and enjoy this iconic Hotel Regina.
There was nothing I did not like at the Regina.

Excellent location near train station, lovely old world charm, good breakfast. Eric and Juan very helpful.
Basic amenities only, no bar fridge in room, heating not working but one brought up to our room.

Classy hotel with a lot of history.
Room was very cosy.
Staff very helpful.
Location ideal next to the train station and at the departure of the télécabine/arrival of the slopes.

The good parts about this Belle époque hotel: the common spaces, which are big, well-cared for and do indeed transport one back in time. It was a delight to have breakfast under dangling chandeliers, having food brought on silver platters, afternoon tea in the lobby, or a drink on the terrace. The service was quite attentive, and given the size of the hotel, one never felt over-crowded.
We also used the sauna, which you can book for private use: a nice extra perk!
The actual room (we had a standart twin room) is not worthy of a 4-star hotel. Everything is too old/not recently renovated; from the furniture to the windows to the curtains to the shower. The latter, even if functional, could be out of a youth hostel. So if you're looking for modern comfort feeling, the rooms will be a little dissapointing.

Fantastic position with stunning view from the room. lovely and charming retro atmosphere. Really excellent food!
the room. Old bathroom. No minibar. The Room is too basic for a 4 stars hotel and for the price we payd

Friendly and helpful staff. Provide information before we arrive and respond to questions promptly. Great location walking distance to train station, gondola station, and town. Wonderful view from hotel and room. Room is very clean and they provided room cleaning 2 times in a day. Best mountain view from my balcony.
Breakfast included during our stayed and we had Christmas dinner in the hotel restaurant, delicious food. Enjoyed our stay in Regina Hotel. Thank you all the staff in hotel Regina , we will sure come back again !

Beautiful hotel. It was like stepping back in time. We had an amazing night's stay. The staff were excellent and the breakfast was delicious.
I would have liked tea/ coffee in room

Excellent customer service from reception and the restaurant. Loved the hotel dog, Caramel, and being allowed to take him for a walk around the village. The breakfast was amazing and had epic views of the alps - felt like we were in a Swiss fairytale. We were upgraded to a bigger room with a view of the alps - such a pleasant surprise. The hotel also arranges for someone to pick up and drop off your luggage at Wengen Station so you're not dragging it up the steep hill. So happy with this stay and highly, highly recommend to others!
The bathroom light had a slight delay to turn on but other than that, it was perfect.

Hotel has probably seen better days

Astounding views. The price and location are both excellent. Breakfast was included. The staff was incredibly friendly and even reached out my final morning to bring food up to my room when I wasn’t present at breakfast. The building is old and creaky which I found extremely charming and cool.
If you’re looking for a contemporary posh experience then this may not be the place for you.
