A great 4 night break with friends in nice adult only hotel.

Great location to the beach, Calle Gerona (main strip with pubs & bars) and the old town. Friendly English speaking staff.

No real issues with hotel, just wish Booking.com had made it clear on their website that if you book minimum of 5 nights then you get the option of all inclusive !

Very disappointed with the good service we used to get pre covid !!! Will not return.

View from our room was very good but unable to make full use as we were in the shade all afternoon. Very good experience with the lifts as no long delays. toilets were very clean in the public areas. Waited a long time at check in des as no one to be seen !!! Initial check in was good though.

Food was not up o the usual standard. At breakfast the beans were not cooked i suspect. As they are cooked at the caning factory i suspect the hotel chef just puts them out straight from the can ad are heated by the infra red light ! We went half board this time as usually full board there is to much to eat. Disappointed i had to pay for drinks and especially as the same drinks were cheaper in the metropole bar !!! This is about the 5th or 6th time i have stayed at this hotel as was always good value - not any more and will not go back again.

Not enough toiletries Stayed in many four star hotels. This one. although nice didn't provide any extras we normally get in others...slippers, chocs, fruit, cava in one,scales...all little bits that make it a bit special. More like a three star

Lovely stay

The location of the hotel was very good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was very good and there was a wide variety of choices. Rooms were clean with large bathroom and the soundproofing seemed good.

Nothing to dislike apart from the coffee in the self service machines in the dining room.

Peaceful location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Great amenities,cleanliness, friendly staff. Food excellent and plenty of choice.

great stay food could be hit and miss. shame you had to queue for drinks as the queues did get long in the evening

the evening intertiment as not to my standard, there are so many acts of see it would have been nice to see Ed sheeran tribute etc as the hotel singer was a better singer than me but boring all night long in the Same tone.

Highly recommended, relaxing holiday

Good food (okay veggie options), friendly staff, good location (quiet but very walkable to things), good drinks (included), lovely pool, very fast and coverage of WiFi, great spa facilities, very comfy beds/pillows, spotlessly clean everywhere, very reasonable checkout time (midday), but best of all - no screaming children anywhere!

Evening entertainment wasn't the best but still enjoyable enough in parts, guests reserving sunbeds with towels yet seemingly never to appear

Very Hot and relaxed

The meals were ok, I stayed here when it was Allinclusive only and the meals then were fantastic. They seem to have gone down a little bit since changing the board options. The rooms were still very comfy.

That the Board sytem had changed, and they seemed to let younger groups in now. Evening enterainment was abit poor.
