The spa! Booked a morning space and when we arrived the receptionist said we’d booked a different time, this was absolutely not true and she was very unhelpful! So we didn’t re book.

Right in the middle of everything really good

We missed one night due flights but when we arrived the following day at 11.00 we still had to wait until 15.00 for our room even though we had paid for the day before

Fabulous hotel and holiday . Would definitely return ..

Clean modern excellent location

Pools were too small and too cramped so didn’t use - went to beach instead which was gorgeous and only a short walk away

Our stay was stressful because of having to move rooms.

The hotel was nice and clean .The food was lovely.

I didn’t like the room. I was in the bottom balcony where the work men were working below . The noise was terrible the dust was everywhere.I couldn’t sit in the balcony. I asked to get moved room the man said there’s no room available Which wasn’t true .I could have booked rooms online .I sent a complaint to the hotel .once I got booking.com got on to them they changed our room the next day. The room was stinking of cigarettes smoke my husband and I were coughing during the night and our clothes were smelling. I got asked to get moved again .The cleaners boss went to the room to check and it needed everything steamed cleaned .we got moved again that afternoon to a nice room.

Fantastic Hotel that is ideally situated to access everything in Benidorm's main resort.

The room were decorated to a really high standard which is unlike most Hotels in the costa's. Very good size rooms with excellent facilities throughout. The Beds were really comfortable. We were on the 1st Floor facing directly over Morgans Tavern which at 1st was a little daunting. We heard absolutely nothing once the patio door was closed.

Nothing Really. Everything was to a very high standard. The Hotel was spotless from reception through to the rooms. The food menu was pretty decent too. We only ate in the Hotel once but was pleasantly surprised by the choice that was offered.

Very Enjoyable , and would like to re-visit , but their prices have risen to unbelievable levels.

Food was plentiful , with a good choice , Breakfast and Dinner. Hotel has had a good refurb , but rooms are small , pool is very small for size of hotel but pool surround is big with lots of sunbeds.

Rooms are very small for four stars , 18 euros to use the indoor pool for 2 hours was very steep , should be free for hotel guests. Need more staff in restaurant area as tables were taking 30 to 40 mins to be cleared.
