Matt was brilliant and made our stay. He was calm and inviting, always greeting us with a smile.
Hotel looks lovely from the outside and inviting. The location was brilliant for tourist spots and walls along the river.
The hotel was very dated, the shower didn't work, heating wasn't on and generally needed a big revamp. We had a massive bathroom yet the bedroom was small. Basically needs some love putting into it.
There was also no food available, we didn't fancy the breakfast.

On my arrival I knew it will be good fun and an enjoyable stay!!
As I was was made to feel very welcome... Andrew / Sam, Mel & Matt absolute stars. Continue to provide a good customer care and service well done!
A very tranquil beautiful village. Moving around also very easy as the location to the train station close by. So getting into town and moving around was easy etc...!

At the time had literally within days had been bought. The people running it were extremely welcoming and helpful.
kitchen was unusable so no breakfast or food. This was disappointing. The place was in a quaint village outside Stratford which in itself was lovely.

Nothing.
no cooked food. no professional staff at all, only 2 unqualified agency staff at any time. night time no one in hotel. Bathroom poor , when sink emptied waste water came up in the shower.

Comfy beds. Big rooms. Lovely village location

Ease of booking
No hot water in shower
Uncomfortable bed so left earlier

Closeness to railway station to Stratford upon Avon. Parking. Nice to have a bath as well as shower.
The twin room we booked had boiler/ extractor fan noises all night. Outlook from window worst ever giant weed growing out of low roof, manky stench pipe and flaking paint on windows and walls staring at you. Would have expected more for £90 per night. Very dated but was clean needs lots TLC.

Good price for somewher 15 mins from Stratford on a Friday night. The roofs were nice and clean. Very quiet location
Bit of a strange bunch of staff. The bar was pretty rough and didn't appear to have regular opening times. Loud metal music. Shower was cold at night, tepid in the morning. Didn't drain properly.

Water has been fixed since we last stayed here so nice to see. Nice to have a bath in the en-suite.
We had an issue getting in late at night as another guest had dropped the outside door lock but we were helped to get in. There was some kind of funny fan noise outside and fan in bathroom was too noisy to put on.

No food!
Control of the heating in the room, mainly off. In March!!

The night was very quiet. We could have a bath not just a shower.
There was no breakfast or dinner.

Beautiful room, very comfortable. Lighting was great and loved the themed decoration on the Romeo and Juliet suite. Bathroom was a great size.
I would have liked to have had breakfast as it was advertised on the website and also a menu.

Nothing specific

The manager was very pleasant & nothing was too much trouble for him, The size of the room was great, but was a little tired .
The place is a little run down & is in need of refurbishment & doesn't have any meal facilities, the corridor door at the top of the stairs which leads to the bedrooms needs a suppressor on it as it's very loud when it bangs shut especially late at night.

it’s quaintness. Also loved the coffee shop.
