The underground car park wasn't very clearly marked

General decor of the hotel public areas and the room.
Came in the entrance from the main road and it was difficult to find reception.

Great Location for the Horse Racing. Excellent value for money. Beautiful hotel though out.
Amazing staff
My partner and I were disappointed with our roast beef dinner. Meat very fatty but didn’t complain as our overall experience was very good

Lawlor's is an absolutely beautiful hotel, the lobby area is stunning - perfect for afternoon tea/cocktails and the outdoor area is a fantastic space on a sunny day! The rooms were lovely and really spacious, plenty of room for a group of girls getting ready together. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff we encountered were really friendly and helpful - they looked happy in their work. We will definitely come back here.

Lovely Hotel, had an amazing large up to date room… very impressed. Great location for where I needed to get to for work the next day, restaurants at the hotel served great food, breakfast was great too. staff were amazing. Thank you.

Breakfast was great, plenty of choice, staff very helpful
Didn't know where underground car park was, so maybe let people know before they arrive at hotel

Buffet breakfast was lovely and the evening meal in the restaurant was beautiful. The suite we booked was lovely and clean. Very spacious. The service in the bar at night was poor. Many of the staff seemed to be new and didn't know what to be doing. We asked one of them if there was music on that evening and we were told he doesn't know as its not his area. Two separate drink orders were incorrect. The table service stopped evening time and there was a long wait at the bar each time.
As above

Good facilities.
The staff were poorly trained and unhelpful.

Best beds i've ever slept on
The staffs were quite snobbish, especially the front desk management

Could not be faulted. The grandchildren were amazed at the size of the room, bathroom and the his/her washbasins. Excellent breakfast.
There was absolutely nothing.

The location was easily accessible to the highway which made for an easy commute back to the Dublin airport.
We were at this property on a Saturday night and it was Las Vegas busy. The car park was not clearly marked. We also struggled to regulate the temperature in the room (super hot) and the bathroom was in need of some major repair.
4.3
Absolutely stunning hotel the bedrooms are amazing very big great sized beautiful bathrooms real comfortable
The only complaint I'd have is the radiator woke me up each morning coming on like they were filling with water
4.3
Room was ample, impressive reception area.
Charged €249.00 extra for security deposit, a week since my stay and yet to receive it back, also charged €19.95 only yesterday, 6 days after I departed, for bar food which I never received or ordered, disgraceful, will never stay or recommend any person's to stay at this hotel.
4.3
great location and lovey interiors
they take a “holding deposit” which you don’t get back for 14days….. they failed to mention this on arrival. our room cost €300. we were a group of 4 and all paid €75 on checkout. however they still took €300 out of my account which I still haven’t got back. they say it’s “held” but it is actual taken out of your account. they never mentioned this on arrival or check out …I only noticed when I checked my own bank account .
we were at breakfast 45 mins before closing and there was food left. no sausages or eggs. very disappointed because this is there busiest time and they should have enough food to cover all customers
