Comfortable room with a friendly host. A great location for attending GAA games.

The room was very clean. The location was good for us. The bed was comfortable too. The host who I spoke to on the phone was very accommodating and told me to call her again if I had any questions. We had access to the kitchen to eat food we had bought on the evening of our stay which was good.

There were no shower gels or Shampoo provided. The food available was nice but a hot breakfast option would have been nice. (However, I was aware of this after I had booked, from reading reviews.)

A centrally located guest house with parking and lovely staff.

A great central location, perfect for exploring the murals on the Falls Road. The owner Vivian is both helpful and hilarious. We enjoyed chatting with her ans she gave us advice on where to eat and taxi firm numbers etc.

very good - just what i needed and expected

room was clean, warm and quiet despite being beside a busy junction. comfortable bed and good shower and w.c. TV with freeview. not sure about wi-fi as i didn't need it and forgot to ask at check-in. no cooked breakfast but host ensured there was plenty of fresh bread, ham, cheese, cereals, marmalade, various jams, yoghurts, tea, coffee and juice available. nice clean kitchen/dining area. checked out by simply leaving key in small office under the stairs as host wasn't around. small macdonalds and shops right opposite.

wi-fi wasn't mentioned so it is not clear if it's available.

Bathroom was a health and safety hazard. Exposed wires etc over shower - very dangerous. no ceiling Door hanging off its hinges in kitchen

I would steer clear of this place

Homey environment. Large airy downstairs front room with two twin beds and handy 7 closet area, but shared bathroom.

Breakfast was strictly DIY, including washing dishes. Owner was overly talkative and unabashed at sharing her conspiracy theory about the "PLANdemic" (her word). Poor location way out of town on a busy intersection. The property is also up for sale (July 2022).

It provided a good base - handy for the M-way to get to all the places I wanted to see.

Viv is good company, very welcoming when she' there! Breakfast is free to choose whatever - as much as you like - any time and tea/coffee/hot chocolate are available any time I also wanted to book an extra night - no problem

I'm not very good at monitoring Emails/text-messages so I didn't know until I arrived at 3pm that check-in is between 1pm and 2 pm (when Viv comes in to load/unload the washing-machine!) No shaver-socket - caused me a minor problem.

Bed was good but otherwise not what I expected for the price.

Breakfast was good and so was the bed.

The guesthouse is on a very busy corner, busy traffic. The room was very small and sparse. Bathroom very tiny and uncomfortable. Not what I expected for the price and far out of town, cost a bit to get to and from the tourist attractions. Also the other guest were a little noisy, walk around late at night.

ideal weekend away location, would definately recommend.

staff were great craic, breakfast perfect and location was ideal. Transport, buses/taxi’s were excellent value for money.

Budget accommodation. Tired, grubby guesthouse , in need of some TLC.

Well stocked kitchen & kitchenette. Convenient parking. Maybe good as a base for twenty somethings looking for cheap accommodation for for a few nights out Belfast

Stains on walls, bedsheets, plaster missing & wires hanging in bedroom/en-suite House in need of a deep clean and paint & repairs. Hole in front door & leaky stains in ceilings. Would have been nice to meet the owner/manager
