Great location, I am vegetarian and they were happy to provide what I would have needed had I time for a breakfast.
It would have been nice to have clear instructions for phone had I needed it.

Situated in an elevated, quiet location just outside of the town, Rayanne house is within walking distance of everything you need, shops, transport etc., easy, short commute to the city. Quirky, lovely room. Excellent breakfast, huge choice, great produce used. Very helpful staff including purchasing flowers locally for us for a funeral.
Nothing.

This is an amazing place to stay. So clean. Everything about it is 5 star. Staff most helpful. Comfortable room.
Wonderful breakfast. Good variety on the menu.

I liked the service and the room toilet
There were insects inside the room that comes to you that was why my sleep was not that good because I kept on trying to avoid them. Maybe part of the reason is the location of the room. I got the room beside the entrance.

The breakfast options were great and service excellent. Owner and staff were faultless thoughout our stay.
Was a bit surprised at pricing (maybe me getting used to pricing post Covid) £175.00 in a guest house seems a bit steep and similar to 4* hotels nearby.

The staff were very nice. The receptionist told us all about the sights and helped us figure out where we needed to go for the places we did plan to see.
Honestly the only thing I wasn't a fan of was the pillows. I felt they were a little hard but I got more from the wardrobe and that sorted it out

beautiful house, with stunning views over Belfast lough, spacious, clean and welcoming rooms.

Lovely breakfast

The staff were nice friendly and informative. It felt very homely and warm. The food always smelled lovely but we didn’t sample any. Nice touch to have a little port in a decanter in the room; after a dreadful couple of days it was needed.
It was very noisy, got woken up by people having baths/showers at 11pm and then again at 7am, as the boiler system kept turning off an on. Room was small and cramped. I’m 6ft tall but quite slim and I felt I could barely move. The bathroom was unnecessarily large though.
I thought it was quite expensive for what it was, I paid £115 per night room only. I regularly stay at a luxury golf and spa resort hotel in Macclesfield for around £100-£115 per night with breakfast and it has spacious rooms with a super king bed and Elemis bathing products to use.
On the second day the room was only topped up with 1 sachet of coffee, even though there were two of us staying. There was only one wine glass, so if we had wanted a bottle, only one of us would’ve been able to drink it.
When the cleaners were cleaning the rooms they had the door open and the TV on full blast. This made our morning more fraught than it already was. We ended up leaving the room earlier than anticipated.
Sadly, I don’t think we would stay here again unless absolutely necessary. It is such a shame because we had heard many good reviews.

The legendary breakfast is fully deserving of its reputation. Having a decanter of port in the room is a nice touch.
no complaints.

We were made to feel incredibly welcome. Mark the host was a lovely guy who went out of his way to make us feel at home and provided us with everything that we needed. It made our trip just that little bit more special.

Beautiful location and grounds. Early departure so unfortunately no time for breakfast. Very quiet, warm room with heavy curtains which effectively cut out light. Aside from usual complimentary hot drinks options (and glass of port!) bottles of wine left in room could be purchased. Ambience home from home - lovely paintings and pottery on display everywhere. Business clearly operates on an honesty policy.
Took over ten minutes for someone to hear bell and come to door/desk to check me in. In fairness, I was also ten minutes late from estimated time of arrival stated. No instructions for TV remote control or full length mirror. Overuse of plastic with complimentary goods.

The breakfast was incredible and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
Room looked slightly faded; maybe not quite as nice as the photos. But still lovely and a nice size!

Beautiful room. Friendly staff
A bit pricey.

Location, staff and sea view is nice.
Two wasps in the bathroom and spider crolling on the bed. There was strange odour in the room and decorative pillows need to be deep cleaned. The second room we got is not advertised on Booking.

Lovely accommodation with nice views. Lovely staff, great breakfast and close to airport.

Didn't have breakfast as I thought it was expensive
The TV in the room was too small

Everything was squeaky clean and staff wonderfully accomodating
The toilet flushing was extremely rattling noisy and door to the ensuite was faulty. Bed was quite soft and uncomfortable but this was obviously the cheapest room in the house and a last minute booking. The service and staffing were amazing. I would stay again but not in this room

The location was lovely. Very peaceful & a short walk into town.
The bedrooms are a little bit tired in places.
Our daughters room was very old fashioned and her bathroom was not great.

Unfortunately there really was no where to eat ! But not the hosts 😊issue . Staff were super kind and helpful, room was super comfy . We got lovely drinks at The dining room, and takeaway fish and chips. Will definitely return to Rayanne House to dine 🍽 in house 🙏

Staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed, including special menu requests - food was amazing! Beautiful, stylish comfortable interiors. An absolutely lovely spot.
