Relaxing and pleasant.

The property nicely decorated and is very clean

There were lots of extra touches, a small welcome pack which was great. It has everything you would need to self cater. Also lots of restaurants in the nearby area.

Normally stay with family but this was a perfect alternative

Very well equipped for self catering, comfortable, warm and tastefully decorated. Very amenable host. Perfect base for exploring the area.

Lovely short stay, highly recommend for first timers in Holywood/ Belfast.

The property was located not far from high street and Ivan kept lines of communication when needed. He was very helpful. It’s a lovely place for a short or long stay.

It was clean, the wheaten bread and gooseberry jam which Ivan provided so kindly. All the bits in kitchen was useful like utensils, tin foil, baking sheets and condiments. Little fire place with candles to light was nice touch.

very nice little town house in a cute little town

cosy, had everything we needed, nice decor,

only thing was beds weren‘t so wide. Normal UK double bed I think. traveling with three kids. two smaller ones slept with me. so one had to sleep on pillows on the floor. but was ok. enough blankets to keep warm

Fine but disappointing

The property was fine but was not spotless nor comfortable. Several items in the kitchen needed to be rewashed, the bathroom floor was cracked, some cushions in the bedroom were torn and though the sheets were clean, one had old stains. No nice touches (not even milk in the fridge) and there was old food in the cupboards.

great house great location.

well decorated and warm. felt cosy. lots of extra blankets if required. some supplies in the kitchen to get us started (ketchup, coffee etc).

second bedroom quite small - didn’t see any pics of this. does have a double bed. worked ok for us for a short stay, not a major problem.

Perfect 2 bedroom house with a great living space. I could have stayed for longer!

I liked the decor and how comfortable the beds were. The living room was cosy and I liked the communication with the host. It was quick, professional and respectful. I liked how it was a whole house for a great price, and the quaint outdoor area.

I didn't like how the soap in the bathroom was empty and water had been put in it.

Perfect Accommodation & Lovely Host

Clean, Comfortable & Cosy House. Friendly Host Accommodated Allergies & Available For A Blip That Happened During Stay. Quiet & Safe Area. Town Within Walking Distance. Would Definitely Recommend To Others (Already Planning Another Stay)

Not Reflective On Host But... Fence In Garden Almost Blew Over. Insufficient Parking Available. Neighbours Banging At Odd Hours. Residents Blocked Car In A Few Times During Stay. Wind Causing Noisy Rumbling Noises In Living Room For 2 Days Of Stay.

his was perfect for us. we were over visiting relatives and this was a home from home.

perfect location- near yo shops, bars and restaurants. homely and as described. nice personal touch from owner with a fruit loaf left with milk for our use.

Everything was perfect

Everything was amazing, the baby crib and the high chair were already prepared. The house is very cosy and comfortable, the location perfect just down the street and you are in the center of Holywood. Its not far from the sea and also the train station is close. Tea and coffe and all other essentials were there. I stayed there with a friend and her little daughter and we all enjoyed it very much. Next time I am in the area I will stay at this place again.

If you are a light sleeper bring some earplugs to be sure.

Ninety-Seven? I’d give it a full hundred!

Its location, its charm, its cleanliness and its host. It’s close enough to Holywood town centre to be an easy stroll, yet far enough to be peaceful. It was spotlessly clean on arrival, and just the right temperature (which is a rare thing). It’s a cosy, charming place, with everything you need including a comfy bed. We slept like logs! The host, Ivan, was very accommodating of our arrival and departure times and also offered great advice on Holywood’s hostelries, whilst this wasn’t required by me as a former resident of the town, he affirmed everything I mentioned. This was our first trip back to Holywood since early 2020 and it was perfect, in no small part because of our Ninety-Seven experience. As the title says, Ninety Seven was 100%.

The place was spotless, there was contactless check in and out which made things very easy, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the place had a very luxurious feel, and all the essential bits like shampoo, cleaning supplies, tea and coffee etc were provided - we had a fabulous stay!
