Not Recommended, health hazard.

our room was changed, 2nd room was better but still average.

First room was dirty, and 2x of the beds were full of bed bugs, kids got bites all over their bodies before we realised. dirty stains on the wall, dirty splash marks. Beds looked like they had not been made up just blanket thrown over the top. toilet roll was almost out in both rooms..., no spare rolls so had to supply our own. door slams when closing. room looked like it had not been cleaned or made up properly from last guests. Mould in corners of ceiling. No cutlery for any tea or coffee. Shower hot water tap did not work in first room. They did provide us with a replacement room, which was "OK" but still wouldn't rate it very high. would not recommend to anyone, nor would we stay there again. After reading the Reviews now after we are home, looks like everyone has had the same problems, funny that when we said about the bed bugs the worker said they had never had that issue before..... But reading the reviews almost every 2nd review mentioned bed bugs.

Never again.

Located close to my needs.

My booking wasn't received, even though I showed the booking number. Room was dirty. Staff had no manners. Didn't even take off their hoodie to talk to me. It was one of the worst stays I've ever had.

Close to shops and restaurants

The receptionist hardly looked at me and when he did, his manner was emotionless. Not a very pleasant way to welcome a paying guest I wouldn't imagine. The bed was most uncomfortable as the mattress should have been renewed long ago. Very poor service and accommodation for the price I was charged. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great value.

Disappointed to read someone's review of this place was "passable" before I booked. Location is great to local food & drink hub, room was huge and very clean. Every thing worked. Have paid more for worse plenty of times. Nothing wrong with this hotel.

just reasonable for the price but you have to ask for everything instead of things being offered.

wonderful view from the terrace but too cold and wet to use it. Beds comfortable.

very expensive WiFi and had to be purchased daily. my room service sign disappeared so no cleaning was done for three days.

Needs some work done

The location was excellent overlooking the river and close to a food precinct. The staff were excellent, you needed anything they provided it.

The beds needed replacing and the tiles in the shower were covered in soap scum. The room needed a good deep clean.

The location was the only thing I liked.

What didn't I like, for starters the fact that I had booked and paid for two rooms and then when we got there the man on the desk could only find one booking and was not interested in looking at the two confirmations that I had on my phone and made us pay again for another room. The dirty linen that was left in the hallway all night and was still there when we left in the morning. The other person in our party complained of ants and mozzies in her room due to a hole in the fly screen. I stayed there 12 years ago and it wasn't bad, it is now very run down and needs some money spent on it.

River out the back/ view. Walking distance to mall

How undated everything was. Noisy aircon. Dirty jug. Yea/coffee tasted terrible. Brought a bottle of wine, tasted terrible. Needed correct money for vending machine. Too bad if you didn’t carry cash. Had to pay to use washing machine and dryer.

It was Adequate - good price for somewhere to sleep

Location was great, room was quiet

Indian manager/owner was surly, unfriendly, not helpful and ill mannered. Pillows were flat, there should be extras in the room, shower took a long time to get right as it is old style with tiny showerhead and taps- entire complex needs major overhaul to bring it into this century

i have stayed here a few times before and it was nice but now is starting to become a little rundown. traffic noise has increased since the new bridge opened
