well, I like the location cause it’s near the beach but will not coming back again

Nice hotel near the 7 mile beach

No hot water for shower for the first 2 nights of my stay, Wifi is slow in my bedroom but when I go outside it’s good. Toilet overflowed on my 3rd day (I didn’t do anything) I just woke up like that Their gym doesn’t have oxygen, can’t breath inside cause it’s too closed

This is my go to hotel in Negril. I love everything about the property. ALL staff are very pleasant and welcoming as always.

There are many properties on Negril Beach Road. However, Travellers will always be my favorite. It is my absolute home away from home. Maybe, they will hire me when I retire.

A thicker blanket in my room. The room was very cold and got too hot when I turned off the air conditioning.

The property was okay. But the experience with the staff was disappointing.The front desk staff was nice but hotel security personnel were horrible and rude. Mr Turner was excellent, he provided excellent customer service.

Great value for money and great location.

Walking distance from downtown Negril, steps away from the beach and with a decent sized pool. The pool has a swim up bar but there was no bar service. We had a room with 2 beds and those are fairly hard to find. I had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful, they let me call reverse charge to my insurance company and gave me tips for choosing a clinic. Our room gave access to a tiny porch with a table and chairs so we could chill just outside. We liked that it was a mixed clientele and not just foreigners. Also, awesome sunsets.

Can't think of anything, really. Maybe the bed could have been squishier.

Great place for a relax stay

The resort has a fantastic position, next to the beach in a quite zone. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms have a small private patio which is a plus. The restaurant offers also good food

I stayed in a standard room which was not very “sophisticated” in terms of designed and amenities and bathroom was simple. That it was ok when you really want only to use the room to sleep but if you want to enjoy a bit more your room I recommend to stay in one of the bungalow.

Great stay

This was a last minute stay for us, we weren't planning on staying here but were pleasantly surprised. The grounds were nice and well maintained, everyone was helpful. Large, secure parking area. We didn't really spend time on the beach here but it looked lovely.

If you're staying in Negril, you'd be hard pressed to find anywhere better for the price.

Great location, accommodation and quality of the building better than I expected. Good food, great bar staff. Couldn't be closer to the lovely 7 Mile beach. And who can't love a hotel that has a bottle opener on the room keys!

My Go-To Stay in Negril. Love it here!

The property is ALWAYS clean. The rooms, the public spaces, the gym, the restaurant is always cleans. They have updated the bungalows and they look so good! I will book one for my next stay there. The food at the restaurant is pretty good also.

There is nothing I don’t like about the property.

Unforgettable memories made to last a lifetime.

Ian made this trip a memorable experience for our family. He and the team did everything possible to make us happy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to visit Negril again soon.

I liked my room but i was in desperate need of a phone in my rooom. It would have made it a little more convenient as opposed to walking to my relatives rooms to see if they were available by then again the reason for vacation is to disconnect so in all it was a nice room.

Exceptional

Travellers Beach Resort is one of my favorite resorts in Negril. It’s beautiful and the environment is warm and friendly. The staff treat you like family. It feels like home away from home. The rooms are comfortable, the grounds are lush and beach is steps away from your room. A wonderful place to be!🦋🏝️🔆

We always stay at travellers. It might be time to checkout other hotels on the strip. Our room over booked and this happened to other guests in the hotel

sleepless night, left early because could not rest

we did not enjoy our stay and left earlier, very noisy AC, luck of space, dark, mosquitoes. So much noise during the night that was impossible to get sleep and rest, ending up having sleepless night.

Location is the only one good thing and beach access, not worth the money to stay, would not return and won't recommend.

Good option on Seven Mile Beach

The hotel is located right by the beach. The room was a good size with comfortable beds. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The restaurant offers good options and has a nice terrace overlooking the beach.

The hotel had a water issue when we were there and the very noisy water pump was switched on a 10pm. The staff at the restaurant and the beach security could have been more helpful, they seemed very unmotivated to assist guests.

Breakfast was tasty and quick to receive

The service when we first arrived to be seated.? We were acknowledged, asked to wait at the bar, then forgotten about. Couple that came after us were seated before us.

A good value and almost wholly satisfactory beachside resort.

The facilities are good, the beach narrow but adequate, catering is good, staff are almost always very friendly, (One exception), The property is well located on the strip at Negril, with other resources close by.

One example of a less than friendly member of staff. A couple of parties of loud and profane Americans.

Absolutely amazing and it is so inspiring that they are under renovations.

I have been a guest at Travellers for over 10 years, I have to say that the beauty of Travellers is that it is a home away from home. I have stayed at the other high end hotels but there is something magical about this family friendly hotel. I will forever be a guest at this location. In addition, the staff is AMAZING.
