Es ist klein,sauber und an einem schönen Strand und das Frühstück ist sehr gut

Das Personal im Service hat kein Interesse an den Gästen mit einer Ausnahme, die älteste Dame war immer sehr freundlich. Wir fühlten uns nicht willkommen. Die Damen an der Info ausgenommen.

We tolerated our stay, because the beach was great, we didnt spend much time in the room on on the property. This proper

The beach was great. The environment was comfortable

The building/room was dated, so was the furniture. The room had a poster bed with curtains not my taste. The room was dark due to the excessive paneling. The bathroom was clean but the water pressure was very low. Moving around the room felt like squeezing through a path. A balcony was included but the furnishing was unattractive with old discolored cushions.

Absolutely stunning beachfront property

My kids and I had a fabulous time at the Charela celebrating my daughter's Sweet 16 and my son's graduation. One word describes the Inn - from the grounds to the reception. to the rooms, to the people, to the location - spectacular!. The staff at the property went above and beyond to accommodate our every request and to ensure that we were having a wonderful time. The access and views from the beachfront rooms were absolutely stunning/breathtaking .The owner, Mr. Daniel was frequently on-site to greet his guests and oversee improvements. What a charmer! While we were there, we evem noticed renovations being made to enhance the guest experience. We can't wait to get back!

Last night terrible noise (extremely loud from SUBWOOFER) from neighboring property spoiled the stay

Food was very nice. Jazz band on Thursday and Saturday was excellent.

To have noise control rules in Negril especially at night would be the right thing. SUBWOOFER can deliver over long distances very loud sounds, painful levels of noise that may lead to significant harm.

Overall the experience is great. I highly recommend Charlea Inn.

Charlea Inn is a very nice place to stay. Staff is very courteous. Breakfast is great. Pool is clean. Room is clean. The spot on the beach is lovely.

Breakfast could have been included for the price. Maybe a bar area could be added.

friendly staff, especially the reception, booked all our trips for us. perfect location, just right on the seven mile beach, and it’s easy to reach other restaurants and bars.

Amazing hotel, amazing beach

+ Friendly staff + helpful at the beach, Troy told us how to handle all the vendors coming to us to sell some things + Amazing beach, spacious, not crowded, clean + Tasty breakfasts, could even take coffe etc. to the beach + Coffee maker in the room + coffee refill every day + Comfy beds, clean room, amazing ocean view, lot of privacy since we told them we are on our honeymoon + Hotel dinner not bad, but you can find better ones and cheaper ones in surroundings

- Exchange rate to JMD - Not a lot of storage in the room - NOT A HOTEL PROBLEM BUT: Be aware of the "taxi driver" across the street - he will try and scam you, told us price for taxi drive, then after taking us, said it is now a "tour" and asks for twice that money you agreed on + asks even for a tip! When we took the route-taxis a few days later, we were harrased and he tried to scare us and tell us it is dangerous not to go with him, sounded a lot like threatening. Just be careful!

Bad experience

The place was quiet and comfortable.

The price I saw when I booked the room was a different price when I got there. I saw 143.45 US which would be about$22,200 in JM when I got there I was told it would be $26,993.25. Didn't like that.

We can’t wait to come back.

The beach view from the room & the restaurant was spectacular! The food was outstanding and we are hard to please. That was a very good surprise. We’ll be back!

I was able to unwind and enjoy myself at a great value.

Food was exceptional. Beach was beautiful, water was heaven. Excellent masseuse on the property. Was able to hire affordable boat and captain for snorkeling trip. Felt safe.

right on the beach, had a pool and had cameras all around the property

hard beds, the restaurant food was expensive and not good at all, you could hear everything from outside and the live music went fairly late into the evening. while the instrumentals were good, the singers were terrible.

Quiet, quaint, boutique hotel, really in it for the safety of their travelers in a pandemic.

Simple “American” breakfast for a cheap price. The beach was clean along with the service one the beach. The ropes in ocean for the beach was wide and enough shade for the shady and sun for the sun bunnies.

Exceptional

Room, staff, beach, restaurant, location- all were excellent. Room was spacious, great view of the water, on-site restaurant had great food. Across the street is Best of the West and next door is Coco LaPalm which also had great food. Shopping center is a short walk away. Covid testing across the street is fast and easy- just walk-in in, results in 30 minutes. The water was clear, calm and warm. The property had a large beach with plenty of shade and lounge chairs. The sunsets were spectacular. We couldn’t ask for a better experience.
