We enjoyed the area very much.
Breakfast and dinner very good We found the room was too small and especially with a dog as well.
We didn’t like the fact there was no en suite.

A very enjoyable visit to a much neglected area.
Full of character, very clean, friendly staff, great food, beautiful village setting with its own castle, great location for visits around the area
Our room was very small and the shower also was too small for adults really with a high step in and out of it. The beds were very soft. I think we were in the smallest room, other rooms are much bigger but weren’t available when we booked.

Great stop off in perfect little village
Beautiful village location. River and an old castle with a moat. Excellent breakfast. Lovely staff. Good to have parking too.
The mattress was a little soft for our liking.

Tranquil
The whole experience apart from booking the double room with the external bathroom but that was my fault for not looking into it properly but it wasn’t actually that bad. I was just a little conscious about not going to the toilet too late.

Beautiful setting
Beautifully decorated property , lovely area. Breakfast was very good , although would have liked brown bread instead of white.
Had a problem with the shower , it flooded the bathroom floor .I think it needs some attention .
