Smack in the middle of all the action in Guangzhou city center.

Great location is the reason why we chose Fraser Suites GZ. Even in bad weather or on very warm days, nearby malls are connected via underpass hence it is really convenient for shopping and grocery runs. This is a great bonus for our family.

The car drop off / pick up area is located in the back alleys that are usually seeing heavy traffic and can be intense during peak hours when cars are competing with trucks unloading goods in the back alleys can cause significant delays. After a while we figured out the best way to get into our ride is via the northern exit through the mall.

It is our first experience with Fraser group and we are lucky to stay in Fraser.

The location is excellent as the hotel building is above the shopping mall and also at the exit of the metro line. Other shopping malls are also next door and across the street. Very accessible for food and shopping. Everything is just so convenient for my family as it is our first time in Guangzhou. Staff are very helpful and patient with our various types of questions.

The buffet breakfast is a bit simple with some daily changes. We understand that it is a service apartment hotel but it will be even better if more choices are provided.

All stuffs are friendly n helpful. The location is excellent n convenient

The pillow is very low. I asked more bath towels to support it. I understand there were some types of pillows to choose but I’m lazy tired for asking.

Located near many eateries and shopping mall. Very convenient location. Rooms were clean as well

Would prefer harder pillows but it seems like soft pillows are the trend for all hotels in china

I will go back if I visit Guangzhou again

The room was good, amenities and breakfast are all good. Location is so convenient and close to subway station and mall.

The mattresses can be better but they are still good overall. Price is on the high side.

Localização excelente! Boas opções de alimentação no shopping que fica anexado ao hotel. Além disso, possui máquina para lavar roupas, excelente para quem vai passar dias visitando feiras e empresas na região.

Não gostei do restaurante onde serviam café da manhã.

A delightful week in downtown Guangzhou

Liked my stay.

Room was huge. Very well equipped with washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, full size cooking stove, dishes and glassware. We came early from the airport after sleepless night on the plane, but hotel managed to let us to our rooms around 11 in the morning. The swimming pool was closing at 8 PM, but when we came around 8 the lifeguard girl was nice to let us swim for half an hour. The location is also great with 2 big shopping centers around and lots of little local restaurants around.

The Japanese style WC in one of our toilets (we had two in our room) didn't work

If you like to be like near all the malls. this is the hotel to stay although a bit pricey.

Perfect stay

Amazing staff. Property is in a prime location. Amazing city view from the room. Transport facilities very accessible. Connected to many big malls. Safe area to walk around at night. Room was perfect. Shoutout to concierge staffs who were very helpful throughout our stay.

Amazing location, and fantastic facilities

Excellent location, this property is connected to OneLink Mall which is a amazing, right across the property are many local restaurants, if you are a foodie, this is a amazing location. The fitness centre is also very well equipped

wish the sauna and steam rooms were more well managed.

Would stay stay again for Canton Fair

Room decent size, clean, comfortable. Staff helpful but internet useless - you need to connect via a VPN which the hotel didn't cover. Staff tried to help sort but were unsuccessful. Juicer at breakfast nice touch. Some breakfast days better than others. Staff on front door especially helpful flagging cabs etc. Location great! Small and huge shopping mall + train station directly below. Easy access to and from Canton + free shuttle if not taking the train. Would stay again for CF.

Internet VPN not paid for by hotel. Nuisance to sort out.

Overall experience is good. If exercise facility and policy could be enhanced will be perfect

Location and home like amenities are very good for business or leisure purpose. Guest room is spacious enough for single or couple to stay.

Exercise facility need to book each time before I use. Like steam and sauna, I need to reserve 30 mins in advance which is not a user friendly policy, it should be a grap and go service.
