The staff is friendly and a clean place. The breakfast every morning is on time and delicious.

Breakfast was delicious and coffe and tea was ready each morning. Breakfast was a 10 out of 10

There was no wifi available in the rooms except for lobby which was a huge disappointment.

was less... way less than i expected

1. the gentleman who shared my breakfast was awesome. 2. AC in the room was ok

1. Hoooottttt!!!! no AC in the hall, how is this when ya'll are accommodating events with a lot of people. 2. the shower knob in my cousin room fell rigt off wetting the entire place and their stuff. 3. the supervisor lady she for the food has theeee worst attitude, no customer service

Lack of water was a major drawback

Bed was comfortable. AC worked. Car opening was good

Breakfast was dreadful. Instant coffee and condensed milk in a country that grows world leading coffee fir heavens sake. Water failed three times during my stay - they simply dud mot monitor and switch tanks.

A comfortable and easy going stay.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was very good! The food alone is worth coming back for. The location was close everything we needed access to, including our friends, an ATM, good food locations,and near an event we were attending. Also, the best part of our stay was the tremendous staff, down to the check in clerk Michael, the waiter(Rohan), and room service attendant. I will recommend this location friends and will be only booking here when in town.

The WiFi was very choppy in some areas of the Hotel.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly, courteous and very helpful. They assisted in making contact with the raftman and the taxi man who transported us to and from the location. I enjoyed my stay there. I would visit again and I also referred my friends to stay there when they visit Portland.

the room was clean at the very least

the step was so narrow to begin with leading to a landing that was fill with rubble and clatter and smell of mold the orange and coffee in the morning was serve in plastic cups much distasteful

I like the fact that the room was on the ground floor

They check on the equipment are working before guests arrive

My stay was very brief basically checked in then out it seemed a comfortable place to stay with nice

It was my first time in Port Antonio so I was expecting the property to be on the beach with beach access and views. I had to leave a few hours after checking in so I didn't get a chance to enjoy anything

I was expecting free Wi-Fi but only saw a pay option I did not get a pass code

Great food, great staff, value for money, comfy beds right in the town of Portland

This is a great hotel with lots of potential. Great staff, and great food. If you want a "real" Jamaican breakfast, this is the place to be. Again the staff were friendly and courteous and always smiling. The bed was was extremely comfortable which is hard to find in hotels, but I slept great! Would definitely go back.

It looks like there have been some renovations recently which is great but if you know Portland you know it rains a lot, almost everyday. There was some leaking not in the room but around the hotel which made the place feel very "damp and cold".
