Atless I got abit of a refund.
The guy who is the receptionist, and who lives onsite is extremely rude.
If I could give this property a minus 1 I would.
Not only were we booked there for 5nights, I had to after the first night leave. At roughly 8.30pm I went to the reception (which was close) so I called the emergency number that was left on the door because we got home after a conference wanting to heat up our food, the microwave was flicking and when we turned it off it was still going by itself to which he said (it’s only the fan don’t worry about it). I went for a shower later on to only find that the shower was going hot and cold.
We goto bed 20mins later to which the wifi wasn’t working, we decided screw it we’ll goto bed then only to hear the people who live upstairs walking around (which is the reception btw)
In the morning I took the video of the microwave flickering, photos of the wifi not working to the guy at reception and boy was he rude.
After showing him the “ proof” be proceeded to say then what do you want, a refund? Cause it’s best you leave.
He also said no one’s ever had problems and I told him well I’m showing you with proof!
Still couldn’t care! Don’t stay here! Waste of money and he couldn’t care less. $190 for one night of horror.
We ended up booking at Ramada! Waaaay better

Close to town, great views and very comfortable.
4.3
Very comfortable and loved the heated floor
Sound between the rooms thin walls
Parking a little tight
4.3
Close to town centre
Bed was very uncomfortable
4.3
Parking right outside the ground floor room was helpful, unfortunately there are substantial long term roadworks running along side the hotel. This closes off the immediate access route to the main road in to Queenstown.
Bed comfortable, bathroom adequate, room clean. Reasonable cooking facilities.
Situated at the top of a long, very steep hill, the hotel is a 15 minute downhill or 20 minute+ hike back, depending on your fitness level.
The roadworks take place between around 08:00 and 18:00, unfortunately the construction vehicles continue to manoeuvre through the night, their reversing warning beeps an unwanted intrusion.

Location good.
Bedding is uncomfortable.

A conveniently located and comfortable motel. Close to the bus links and centre of Queenstown, with lovely views. Very comfortable beds and helpful staff.
Access to the roads was impaired a little by road works, which would be nice to know before we arrived. It's a good job we didn't have a car!

view and the bed was comfy
parking and was hard to get to cause of road works

Close to town, price was right. The room we chose was at the back and on the bottom level so it was super dark and quiet at night(great for sleeping). We chose no view this time because we had previously lived in Queenstown and had the best view.
Maybe a comp bottle of water in this room as the kettle couldn't fit under the bathroom sink so had I to climb into the bath to fill it 😁

Quite pricey. The couch was due for a clean, had long hair stuck to it. We could hear people moving around in the room above us.
