Exceptional customer service. The front desk person (Ruffa) went the extra mile to ensure breakfast was prepared for us to be taken-away when she found out that we're checking-out early to catch an early flight back to Manila.

People were nice. Close to beach
No hot water. Bathtub was flimsy and the controls were needing repairs. No shower curtains so water is everywhere.

The Hotel is so clean, safe and near in the beach. The staffs are all accommodating and cheerful. Everytime I am planing to go back in Boracay I still choose Eurotel to stay in.
The slipper they provide inside the room are no fitted in my feet...😂🤟

Location
Hotel was old, dirty and the rooms that we stayed in had damp mould, cockroaches and the AC wasn't working. We had to rent blankets from reception because they weren't included in the price. There was no TV remote in the room. I asked for one on the first night and repeatedly after that. The elevator was out of service and the wifi connection was down. There was no effort or reassurance to make us feel better about our stay. No offer of different rooms that would have been more suitable. Very disappointing all rounds. Do not recommend for stay.

Nice location. Close to both beaches.
We came late in the evening and the room was not ready: the railing on the balcony was broken, there was a bad smell in a similar room. It took a long time to choose another one.
The good buffet breakfast was constantly replaced with breakfast in the room, very poor and tasteless.
It is impossible to approach the hotel on foot - there is a huge puddle for the entire width of the road, you need to jump over stones to get to the entrance.

I like the shower of the hotel. The hotel's location is just a two to three minutes away from the beach. You can easily access the market, restaurants, and other areas of interest in the island.
During my stay last October 23, 2022, it rained during the night but the road outside the hotel was flooded. They advertised a hotel massage but could only be available by 10pm onwards.

the location is pretty convenient since it’s in station 2, and the convenience store beside it helps a lot
the breakfast -wasn’t good.
the drain of the bath tub inside the room was damaged, we had to stick a plastic spoon to control it
very thin walls since the noise can be heard outside the hallways

This property was fab! For the price! When you get to caticlan airport do not book the all inclusive trip they say it’s less hassle it’s not and twice the fee! We paid 360php for boat fee and tax then 250php for a tuk tuk (50php from airport to port and 200php from port to hotel on boracay! Instead of 1400php one way!!! We arrived on boracay at 7am exhausted the manager Christian was amazing so friendly and a welcome drink. Our room wasn’t ready as check in was 2pm but that was fine as we went for breakfast on the beach. You can get beach towels for 100php a day (which is less than £1gp). The staff literally cannot do more for you. WiFi only works in the reception which was fine with us there are plenty of tables and sofas. Try the massage in the hotel 400php for one hour and the ladies were great! Breakfast is 6am-10am and this is mostly rice/ chicken/ bread we didn’t eat this but had the tea and coffee! Water available to fill up your flask and in the room they have towels! Location is fab three minute walk to the beach! We booked a boat trip with the guy opposite reasonably priced and it was a great half day of snorkelling with a bbq lunch included! There is some construction work going on but we were not bothered so don’t expect amazing views but if it’s friendly staff and a clean hotel this is the place! Thank you for a brilliant stay and mostly thank you Christian manager for your kind hospitality!!!! Your friends from Manchester Uk (room 417!!)
The internet was down for some time but it’s the Philipines expect power cuts! Bathroom needs modernising but again you get what you pay for!!!

Bathroom door dont have lock but they managed to fix it upon request.

Room is spacious. Buffet breakfast.
We asked three times for the remote control battery so that we can watch tv.. Unfortunately, we forgot about it since they always told us that they will get back to us. Not a big deal though, we still enjoy our stay..

White beach on Boracay is #1 on the world. Nothing good about hotel, it was next by heavy construction place, lot of noise, lot of dirt everywhere... It was silent at night, but during day its crazy, I´m glad that we spent whole day at beach/island not at the hotel :)
Noisy construction place around. Lot of dirt, dust etc. In fact it was not good place to stay, it is only good to sleep at night, but during the day, it can´t be ocuppied.
