Needed a place on short notice due to a water loss in my condo. Brandon was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process. The place and location are great. You can walk everywhere to bars, restaurants, seaport village etc.. I highly recommend it.

Great apartment in vibrant area
Great apartment in the center of Gas Lamp District. Great for anyone - but tailored especially for young adults. Property Manager very easy to work with. Nice building. I had a nice experience.

We cannot say enough good things about this place and the overall experience. Because it's a corner unit, it's infused with light (which is exactly what we want when we flee the northern climate for the month of January). Large, full windows offer bright views of a very happening corner. A community courtyard offers grills and sitting space with tables, benches and nice plantings. On the few days when it did rain during our stay, we were able to use the indoor workout room. On all other days, we put on our fitbits and walked everywhere : restaurants, the grocery store, the harbor, the USS Midway, Seaside Village, Little Italy farmer's market--and to Balboa Park and the zoo (long, but doable walk). With the trolley a block away, we could venture even farther away. Not only were we happy with the unit, but Brandon is, by far, one of the most pleasant, responsive realtors we've ever had the pleasure of doing business with (and we've been using vacation rentals for nearly 10 years)--with great success. The next time we rent in SoCal, we certainly hope to work with Brandon.

Right in the heart of the Gaslamp a corner unit overlooking 5th street. Beside the restaurants, bars, and city life my favor part of the day was walking across the street to the harbor for my daily runs along the harbor. Even though I worked during the week, I came back at the end of the day, and felt like I was on vacation.
I booked directly with Brandon and he replied to all my questions in a very timely manner. Brandon went out of this way to make sure everything went smooth. I had arrived late and tired not to mention after midnight. Brandon had everything in order and it was easy to retrieve the condo keys.
The unit I had on was located on the 3rd floor. It was nicely decorated, very comfortable w/ both rooms having queen beds and sofa bed in the living room. The condo also comes with two parking spaces in the parking garage. This was a huge plus being that street parking was not always available. Hotels around here charge $30-$40 a night for parking and in San Diego you cannot get around so easily without a car. I have stayed in some of the other condo units in the past that Brandon manages and have to say this condo provides ample amounts of sunshine being a corner unit. Each condo is decorated differently and you can view them on the website. All of the kitchens are fully equipped with the standard kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware. This was an added plus for me because I was able to prepare breakfast, snacks and a few other meals at the condo. For meals that I did eat out there was plenty to choose from but my favorite is Donovan’s which is located on the ground floor of the same building. Be prepared to have a fantastic meal excellent service and a large bill…
There are a couple grocery stores in the area which included Ralph's on 1st & Market and a discount grocery store on 10th & Market.
It is true that they do not have a cleaning service daily but that is how it is anytime you rent a condo. I did request a mid-stay clean which was done while I was at work. The toiletries they offer are minimal but I brought all of our own. I do recommend getting a higher condo if the noise of city goers would be bothersome to you. However, you are downtown and that’s what the city experience is all about.
Overall, it was a great stay, loved the location and being walking distance to just about anything you could need. This was my third time staying in one of Brandon’s condo, and I will definitely return.

Girls vacation in San Diego for SDCC. We actually had 6 of us stay in the condo. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere we needed to and it was very convenient. It was a great place to be in the middle of all of the action. We especially enjoyed having a full kitchen and being able to have breakfast on the patio. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay! Hope to be able to return again!

There were 4 of us that shared this condo for an extended weekend and it was perfect. The balcony was a great place to sit and enjoy a beverage or morning coffee while watching the traffic (foot and vehicle) below. The space is very modern and the location is perfect for people wanting to walk thru Gaslamp district and enjoy all the restaurants and bars that this district has to offer. A short walk will get you to the USS Midway which is a must to see if you are in the area. I would recommend this condo to anyone that doesn't have a vehicle and wants to be close to everything. Dealing with the people concerned to rent this place is a breeze and I will definitely be calling Brandon again for future rentals. This condo is very secure.

Stayed here with 4 of my colleagues while attending a conference at the San Diego Convention Centre. The location could not be more perfect with only minutes to walk to the Convention Centre and the waterfront activities, shops and restaurants in and around Seaport Village. Also a great selection of restaurants and shops on and around 5th Street. The condo itself is very clean, spacious and modern with loads of room for a group, plus wireless interent. Great having a kitchen for breakfasts too and included all the utensils, plates etc we needed. We discovered a good food market, Ralph's, in G Street about an 8 min walk from the condo just across the road from Westfield Horton Plaza Mall. 5th Avenue Train Station is also a 5 min walk. We paid $5 for a day pass and took the 30-40 min trip to the Las Americas Outlets in San Ysidro. Would recommend you shop here first before the local malls and shops to take advantage of the bargains. Communication with the agent, Brandon, was mostly through email. He provided us with excellent instructions for locating and accessing the condo and parking and responded to our questions and request promptly and was very helpful. I would highly recommend this property especially if you are travelling with a group or family, as we enjoyed staying in a more home like environment compared to a hotel. I would stay here again and definitely will be recommending to my networks.

Really enjoyed the location right in the middle of the gas lamp. Close to all of the restaurants, bars and shops. The unit was accommodating and spacious enough to sleep 6 people comfortably. I would recommend to anyone looking for a convenient location in the gas lamp district.
