Magánkézben lévő, családias jellegű szálláshely. Tiszta szobák, nagyon kedves személyzet, szuper reggeli, minden nap frissen facsart gyümölcslevekkel. Zanzibári útunk során messze a legjobb szállásunk volt.

Very relaxing and cozy hotel, with a beautiful green garden and lots of wooden furniture. We really felt at home there. The hotel staff is super friendly, as the people in general in the area. The pool is great, to the hotel beach (towels and sunbeds are included) you walk a few steps down, which is also an opportunity to meet and greet local people. My 10 year old son also liked it a lot! We plan on coming back. Besides a breakfast buffet (with coffee, tea, fresh juices and fruits, pancakes, toast, cheese, omlettes, ...) the hotel restaurant also serves very tasty lunch and dinner (a' la carte or with half board), which was good for us. They also have a kids menù.
Nothing to complain.

Very attractive environment with well kept gardens, beautiful flowers and a well looked after outdoor pool. Also a beach option with fantastic white sands and warm sea. Very peaceful and relaxed spot. Bed rooms were large and comfortable and the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Good wifi.
A couple of things that were completely out of the control of the property management were some fairly hefty thunderstorms and subsequent water around the place, but the staff worked very hard to sort this out. A second consequence of our stay being mid rainy season was the number of bugs particularly around the restaurant. But, again, out of direct control and I’m sure not a problem at other times of year.

The swimming pool was good, water was warm. Loved that they had a kids' swimming pool. The management was so amazing and accommodating to all our requirements.
The staff was very good, especially Andrew.
The environment was great..
The hotel wasn't directly on the beach. You had to pass through the village to get to the beach.
Food portions were too small.
Breakfast was just okay, nothing special.

The food was excellent!

The pool was lovely and the staff brilliant. The food was good. The rooms were clean and the view spectacular. Great facilities around the lovely courtyard, restaurant and pool.
The access to the beach was very steep. The beds were too short.

Friendly staff & always happy to help! The hotel & facilities were always clean & food was great.
The walk to the beach was a little steep & annoying when dark

Perfect view ! Breakfast and meals was really good . Shower and the room was perfect ! Wifi is working well. The staff was also really nice with me ! I recommand this lovely place !

Staff were friendly and the service was excellent. Special commendation to Serena for her friendly demeanour and giving us the best hot sauce! Really appreciated the towel swans and fresh flowers on the bed upon arrival. The room was very spacious and comfortable. Very strong WIFI! Take aqua shoes along to explore the reef during low tide without fearing sea urchins!
The property is not directly on the beach and the stairs to the beach can become tiring and cumbersome. The quality of toilet paper and linen can be improved. There was no safe in the rooms and the cupboards did not lock properly. While the breakfast options were fair, more staff are required to ensure that everything is regularly topped up without having to wait for extended periods of time.

Very nice and comfy place. Beautiful African details and decorations everywhere. Very nice pool area. Super tasty food. Excellent service.
There wasn’t such thing we didn’t like.
4.3
Perfect place to stay. Stunning views and an incredibly tastefully designed space to relax and chill. We absolutely loved the loft area and boardgames. The short path to the beach with the beach bar & beds waiting for us was the perfect touch.
Just sad I couldn't stay longer.

Nothing.
Due to rainfall all water gets in the room. All the floor was wet, at night my wife fell down on the floor. She got a heart on head. The surrounding areas and entrance road are not good.

Everyone at the hotel was so friendly and caring and they truly made us feel at home from the first day!
Goodluck and many of the staff members gave us a lot of information about the surroundings and they made us feel like we were part of their community! Really appreciated their help and hospitality!
The scenery was so so beautiful and the decorations in the room were so romantic - they contributed to the overall lovely atmosphere!

Everything was great; from staff, room, food, drinks, and the location. It's definitely value for money; all things considered. I ended up extending my stay for another week, thanks to how amazing the stay was .
Would highly recommend and stay again

This place is absolutely amazing! A cozy boutique hotel with magnificent views and surroundings! The staff were the best, so helpful with everything we needed and asked for. The beach bar is great, the food is top notch! Would highly recommend Zan View if you are looking for a nice quiet place to stay that's comfortable and well worth the price!

The personnel, fantastic service friendly, helpful, "walk the extra mile" to help us.
The hotel with only 12 rooms made it familiar and you get to know both other guests and the personnel.
The garden was like a lite hidden paradise with a lot of different flowers and beautiful view.
Problem with electricity and water one day.
Wine was expensive and not always available.

Great property, great staff, wonderful stay!

very good breakfast and beautiful view
no good Wi-Fi internet, very small bed, very very very soft bet so you maybe get bag pain. to get to the beach you go through the long high stairs passing local houses.

The location, scenery, beach and Zanzibar people were wonderful but the stay was spoilt by this hotel - If I had an option I would have gone elsewhere but I had already paid in full, and knew I would not get anything back. The hotel promised to compensate me for the issues, I'm still waiting. The Reception/Wait/Cleaning staff were all really nice. The views were fantastic but I spent most of my holiday trying to get things fixed and communicate with the directors as the manager said he could not give me an answer without their consent. From Pick up to drop it was a disaster. The airport pickup van felt unsafe and was uncomfortable. It had one of the worst breakfasts provided by a hotel I've ever stayed. I told the manager how disappointed I was, he told me I would get a refund from Booking. The only major issue with the location is the hotel is up on a very steep hill with a lot of steps. To go anywhere near the beach you need transport if you are not able to climb up and down the steps which do not have rails. It's not suitable for less mobile guests or pushchairs or young children.
One of the rooms smelt like really bad. Room #9. We complained on the first day and the hotel sent someone, the smell was still there, unpleasant, the weather was cooler, and they were not using the A/C. The second day was hotter, and the smell was much worse, and the smell was coming from the A/C unit. They reported it to the manager, who did nothing. When the 3 guests staying in the room had not been able to sleep because the room was really hot and smelly, I told the manager to give us another room. He said the hotel was full (it was not). The Manager told me he would do me a favor, he would move them if he could not fix the problem. He did not fix the problem, and again late that night, after been out all day we had to move room. He planned to use the same room for more guests. Then he offered us a replacement smaller room for 2 people. It was half the size of the room I had paid for, Room #5. It also had a smelly bathroom. Room #9 still had the bad smell 2 days later when we left, it was ready for the next guests. Lots of other issues-The breakfast/coffee/milk were all bad, the selection was very poor. They ran out of butter. One person would get food and, 30 minutes later the others are still waiting. English breakfast was not included in breakfast, pay USD7.50 extra and it was bad. Please check your bill for added extras before you pay! BBQ dinner very poor - ran out of chicken? Another A/C Unit leaks on clean clothes and shoes. No water in entire hotel one day, could not wash or use toilets before leaving. No drinking water at breakfast, $3 per bottle, tiny water bottles in room. Not advised for elderly or impaired very steep steps.

We had the best stay at Zan View, we stayed for two weeks and had the most relaxing and refreshing time. All the staff were so kind and a joy to be around, the location was perfect, with a two minute walk to the beach. The food was equally as good with lots of different options to choose from (we didn’t get bored of the menu despite eating there most nights!). The staff also hosted a BBQ on the beach which was both delicious and entertaining. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is a nice size and wasn’t crowded at all —and on a few days it felt like we had the place to ourselves when other guests were on excursions. The beach is really close and the village has some good places nearby and lots of friendly people around. The pool, restaurant and lounge areas are really clean and relaxed with plenty of towels and attentive staff.
Sometimes food took a long time to come but this is Africa and there are still challenges with power, water and availability of some produce. The manager and chefs make the very best of what’s available and are very accommodating, especially with a toddler.

I left my heart in this place. Great location, super welcoming staff, big and confortable room, perfect restaurant. I loved it because is different from all the all-inclusive resorts of this area, is a small gem.
I loved everything. To be precise this hotel is not located on the beach, but in 3 minutes you can arrive at the bar/restaurant of the hotel directly on the beach. You have just to walk through a small village.
