就是個簡單過夜的地方，浴巾10元，歸還可以退5元。吹風機要跟櫃檯借（22:00後就借不到了）有廚房跟投幣洗衣機，可以寄放行李。

位置很好接待人員親切

Run down

The location is good and for Auckland it is cheap.

The whole place is just run down and feels very tired. The kitchen and dining room were filthy I would not want to cook there. Similarly the bathroom areas were not the best. You could not adjust the heat/air con in the room and it blasted on the top bunk all night I was freezing. Had a cough for a week following this.

kitchen and dinning area were.too cramped. would not stay here for long periods due to kitchen and dining area. Cleaning could be stepped up, not always hostels fault but some people just leave mess behind.

Quiet and had beds to sleep in, okay for a one night pit stop People were friendly

The blind in the room didn't shut The shower curtain was dirty The pillows felt like sandbags Parking was very difficult and the parking place recommended was shut due to road works, which we found out after we had paid for it.

Security seems good: everyone can only access their level. There are lockers in the rooms. It has nice murels.

Even though I have seen the staff cleaning every day, everything just seemed dirty. Maybe some renovation could help because of the mold, and some missing lights and furniture parts. Common rooms are small.

It’s in middle of the central

Very messy, dirty and stinky rooms. No charging point by the bed. Toilets where always really dirty and disgusting.

A good place if you like to socialize and meet new people.

Good location and great place if you like to hang out in the lobby with other backpackers. Lobby is quite small but usually very busy with people hanging out and making new connections. I think this was the best part about this place.

There are no stairs and elevator is your only option. Kitchen is super small and lack sharp knifes. Room was quite okay but the first floor beds are too low and it is not possible to sit straight in the bed, so basically you are forced either to lay or sit on the floor. :D Shared bathroom could be cleaner.

Exceptional

I had a private room for 3 nights on the top floor and it was perfect. Clean and comfy with a small balcony. There were 2 toilets and 2 showers on this floor which was plenty and these were clean with soap dispenser and paper towels well stocked. The staff were really friendly and helpful too, even when i saw one staff member washing pots and tidying the kitchen because guests hadn't bothered. I'd definitely stay again

Staff, lifts were easy to use, comfy bed

Not fully cleaned room, air con was freezing, could hear neighbour room, blinds are so dirty, and the room was not dusted.

The location in really great, in the very city centre. it’s also close to the Skydrive bus that is direct to the airport.

The whole building looks really old, facilities would need renovation, the rooms are moisty and smell of mold… only one shower for 4 rooms. No lockers in the dorms. I’d only recommend this hostel because it’s cheap and well located.

Good for a cheap night or two

Had luggage storage - but anyone could access it, good central location.

Plugs weren't available for each bed so had to leave things charging on the opposite side of the room. Bunk beds aren't high enough to sit up in so can hit your head. No lockers in the room.

Everything was scruffy broken and old, the room though a double only had 1plastic chair a bench/shelf by door & a tiny bedside cabinet. The ceiling cracked and stained

Convenient little place, safe and comfortable.

The location was ideal, it was close to town. The room I had was a small room with two single beds. It was a little small but comfortable. The facilities are enough with a common kitchen and a place to cook. Laundry was available too!

It's slightly chilly in the room when we stayed there (but there was a storm brewing out there). So I'm not sure if the room would be too cold during the winters.

Nice friendly people, good location, good wifi

Dirty, there were bugs in my room, mouldy bathroom, dust everywhere, the AC didn't work in my room either so it was hot and just generally quite gross but it's cheap so you get what you pay for I guess (My room was 7C)

The location was brilliant

The ads are very misleading. The rooms lacked any sign of comfort, mould on the window. A shower curtain up on the window in the dorm room.. I liken the room to a jail cell. The bathroom and toilets are in desperate need of a make over. The whole place needs a bloody good scrub, inside and out. The redeeming feature...laundered bedding.
