Amazing location and a good night sleep!

Very good location and easy to find, very cosy rooms , breakfast was very good as well!

The parking area and the cost of it £20|day i feel is a bit too much

My revue.

Right by the sea. Breakfast was excellent Room was very clean. With excellent views of the sea, pier and the promenade.

Parking was difficult if you needed to use your car in the day. As street parking was at a premium. The hotel car park was difficult to book a parking place as there were more rooms than places to park.

It would have been helpful to have a pint of milk to make a cup of coffee or tea. As we arrived late from our travelling

The location was fantastic.

Unfortunately, I found the bath to be a problem for me when having a shower - it was very difficult for me to access and exit the shower because of the height.

A pleasant hotel, well located with an excellent breakfast.

Location very good. Room modern and decent quality. Breakfast excellent. Staff friendly and attentive.

Room at the top of three flights of narrow stairs. No help offered with cases, although, apparently, I could have asked. PS I’m 72. Car park cramped and difficult to access.

Terrible

My wife has difficulty in using stairs . As the room was up 4 flights of stairs with no lift she was inable to get there so having paid we left. We booked another hotel to go to. Howeever out daughter required a room for the 2nd night so we told her to stay there as we had Alreafy paid for it. She was woken in the night with ants on her arm !! There was mould in parts of the room. I rxpect there to be recompence.

Refurbish needed

Not impressed at all with this property, room not very clean, lace curtain on window falling off,shower head leaky and breakfast could have been better.

As the above, this hotel does not rate a four star, booked thinking this is what we were getting WRONG!

Bardzo miłe i przytulne miejsce do odpoczynku, w super lokalizacji.

Bardzo miły i pomocny personel! Pyszne śniadanie. Perfekcyjna lokalizacja. Wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel. Pobyt był bardzo udany:)

Mieszkaliśmy na samej górze. Bez windy z walizkami to było utrudnienie, ale wiedzieliśmy wcześniej o tym. Słabe WiFi.

Best hotel for the price close to everything definitely staying again

It was in a great location was a short walk from everything, the staff couldn’t do any more for you and they sorted us out with parking straight away. Leo was absolutely exceptional he was absolutely lovely nothing was too much hassle for him we had a hiccup with the parking which he sorted for us straight away he helped us with places to go on the day time and was just lovely to talk to. Definitely the best worker here! Can’t wait to stay again next year :)

Great location for Llandudno. Quite basic though.

Fantastic location with a wonderful view of the sea. Very nicely cleaned and our room was tended to daily. Gluten free bread available at breakfast.

Great stay

Always a warm and professional welcome, the staff here are wonderful. My room was spot on and the layout meant that there was an additional door between the bedroom area and the landing so lovely and quiet. Spotlessly clean and well presented. Breakfast was fantastic.

This was my virst visit to Wales and I couldn't imagine a better location or warmer experience.

Everyone was so friendly and the room was perfect with a great view. The breakfast and service was amazing. I posted some photos taken from my room.

I wish there was a lift, but that didn't matter.

I couldn’t fault this Hotel in any way. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anyone.

All staff couldn’t do enough for me. They were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was of good quality and plentiful.

Maybe,just to let future guests be aware that some rooms at the top of the Hotel can be difficult to access for guests of an older persuasion. I managed it for a week and I feel fitter for it.

Great hotel

The location of the hotel was excellent 2 minutes to the pier and 5 minutes into the town with plenty of shops and restaurants.The staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was lovely there was lots of choice and plenty for all.

Nothing, there's no parking but we did manage to find a space about 5 minutes away in a side street.

Generally very enjoyable stay and would use again.

Breakfast was excellent.

Several minor issues within the room. Mold in the bathroom around the shower. Several holes or cracks in the walls. Dirty windows and outside sill. Shower not secure to the wall. I'll fitted shower screen so massive gap for water to splash onto the bathroom floor.

It was advertised as a four star deluxe room. We had to clean the condensation from the windows .

The breakfast was average.

The dining area was similar to a service station. The tables were too close together. Supposed to be a 4 star. Mugs instead of cups and saucers. Supposed to be a 4 star.
