Fantastic location next to Scala. Clean and spacious room. Perfect for families.

Very poor

Amazing location and staff very punctual with check in. Our flights were delayed so we had to change the destination to Milan and they were very quick to accept the booking and give directions of how to best get there and met us there. Location unbeatable; 509m to Duomo and great cafe down the road for spritz

Unfortunately the price difference between advertised and charged was 100 euro. I don’t think this was the hotels fault, more so advertised incorrectly perhaps on the app and we’re still trying to have this fixed with booking.com so definitely tarnished our stay a bit!

The best comfortable amd the location central. There was a lift to get the room. The kitchen was well appointed.

No iron facilities. There were not enough coffee pods for 2 nights, no milk. The person showing us the apartment couldn't wait to leave.

Perfect place in the center of Milan

The location is perfect, a couple of minutes from La Scala and Duomo. Excellent communication from the staff, the room was big and nice. You have everything to cook at home.

Windows are not soundproof. So it could be really noisy, especially in the morning.

The Scala apartment is located in a nice neighborhood close to key locations. The apartment is big and very clean with very modern interior. The reception desk is super friendly and helpful.

It is very noisy outside because of the tram and cars. The tram runs all night long and the sound was so loud and disturbing that I couldn’t go to sleep. I think the apartment needs sound-proof windows.

I explicited said no, they said ok. but when coming back from walk, i realized they entered since things were not in the place i left them. when i called them to ask for explanations, they never apologized. apparently the owner can do whatver she/he wants and the guest cant do anything yo avoid it

awesome, central place in Milan

it's extremely central, just a few mins walk to the Dome, the opera house and all the other central Milan attractions. it's also very spacious and bright. the communication with the hosts was awesome and on the last day we could leave our luggage not far from the flat. there is a small elevator too. there's coffee and water. the bathroom is spacious. there's also a smart TV.

I liked everything, but you need to know that there's a tram line downstairs, so if you are a very light sleeper you need to get some ear plugs. also, there is a double bed and a single bed without a door in between in the bedroom, so plan according to your privacy needs. there's also a sofa in the living room.

Modern bright apartment near the theater La Scala. Perfect location. VERY friendly staff! Quick check-in and easy check-out. A well-equipped kitchen.

The pillows were too soft, it was very uncomfortable to sleep on them. It was noisy from the street because of the poor sound insulation of the windows.
