Demasiado caro para las condiciones del apartamento.

La ubicación, a 15 minutos estabas en el centro. Barrio muy tranquilo.

Las pareces de la habitación estaban con humedades, una de ellas se había desprendido la pintura. La ducha del baño le faltaba parte de la mampara por lo que al ducharse se llenaba todo de agua… además de todas las juntas llenas de humedades.

After all we really enjoyed our stay 👍

Location is great, only short walk to the Duomo, supermarket is 2 mins away , it was great to find a washing machine, cutlery and all tableware.

Very noisy air conditioner , but it was too hot not to have it on

À fuir absolument ! Pas d'isolation phonique : on entend les bruits de la rue et 'es vlisins Lit et canapé tres inconfortables Propreté générale laissant à desirer Nous avons contacté notre contact pour savoir comment baisser le chauffage de la chambre car la manette du radiateur était cassée et nous attendons encore sa réponse !! Aucun service !

Practical place, close to center and providing the essentials for a short stay

That it was clean, well located

The light was very white, missing some comfy elements like couch pillows. Although it had some basic things like shampoo and dishwashing detergent, it was missing nicer touches like salt or pepper. Basic things that we left there and would be noce to leave them for the next person.

HORRIBILE! DO NOT STAY! they only want your money!

THE PROPERTY IS A NORMAL STUDIO.

THE MANAGEMENT LEFT US STRANDED AT 9 AM IN THE MORNING AFTER PREVIOUSLY CONFIRMING THE NIGHT BEFORE THAT WE COULD LEAVE OUR LUGGAGE AT RECEPTION AFTER CHECK OUT. WHEN WE MESSAGED HER SHE SAID SHE WAS SORRY AND HELPLESS AND WE HAD TO DRAG OUR LUGGAGE TO THE STATION FOR OUR DAY TRIP! HORRIBLE SERVICE BY ROSHAN AND THE LADY!

We loved the position of the apartament, 10 minutes walk from Duomo, was clean and well equipped. The host was really nice and let us do the check in earlier.

We had a problem with hot water in the morning and the sofa is really noisy.

Really cute stay at the place, didn’t want to leave!

the best thing was the smell of the place. Whenever me and my MIL came into the property we would sigh at how good it smelt. The place gave very cosy vibes and I loved the separate sink to the bathroom. Lighting in the sink area was very good for doing makeup too which is rare.

I would prefer if there was more pillows available as the ones on the bed were very flat.

Close to city center (Duomo, Vittorio Emanuele) but still rather quiet. Very clean. Well equipped with electronics. Fast internet. Central heating with two additional air conditioners.

A bit cold at night (probably due to restrictions valid across Europe). Charging 30 euros for late check-in. Early check-out rules (10.00 am) which if you have a late flight is a bit tad.

House was clean and well equipped. Location is great, metro and trams are easily accessible and it's within walking distance from Milan centre.

Overall everything was okay. Not amazing, but matching expectations.

Exceptional

The owner of the property was very responsive. We arrived in the middle of the night, and someone waited at the entrance of the building to hand over the keys. I recommend communicating to the owner with updates upon arrival in Milan because the location is a residential building and there is no reception desk. The property is spacious enough for four guests, and fully equipped with kitchenware, refrigerator, hairdryer, etc. We were also able to utilize the washing machine. We only had to leave the keys inside the apartment upon checkout. The apartment is located approximately 15 mins away by foot to the city center (e.g. Duomo).

Great accomodation near the centre. They could improve the key-exchange.

Great value. Perfect location. Easy to reach from the airport by tram and easy to reach the center by foot or bike. Everything you need was there. Very clean. Had a great time there

The key exchange wasn't good. We waited for quite some time at the complex. Eventuelly, we just rang several bells until somebody let us in.

Superb

My friends and I had an amazing stay at Fontana Homes! The room was very spacious, comfortable and fully equiped. Our host was on time for the check in, he provided us with all the information necessary regarding the room and the city in general and he was always available to help us. The location was amazing, only a 15' minute walk to the Duomo. We highly reccomend it!

The apartment is clean, has everything you need, is easy to access, and is in a nice location

The walls are rather thin - I could hear people talking from next door even while I was wearing earplugs, so if you’re sounds sensitive, it’s maybe not for you

Exceptional

Is was very good apartments! Everything is clean. We switched on batteries and it was warm in the apartment. The Duomo is near and the supermarket. The host is 24/7 available and helped me with my stupid questions!)) Barbara has done really good service for the normal price. She is also very loyal to the time! Really appreciate this!)) It is seen that everything was done with love and care for the guests!)) Thanks!

Exceptional

Everything was very good. Nice and big apartment on a quiet street. Well equipped. Duomo is in a 10 min walk, but it is better to take tram nr 19 right behind the corner. A small food store is right near the apartment. Would stay there again.

Just a small thing could make a bathroom just perfect- a little shelf in a shower to put soap etc on.

Comfortable, spacious apartment, but trouble with the staff

The apartment itself was very spacious, perfectly clean and extremely comfortable. It's also only a ten minute walk from the center and is located in a quiet area. We felt very comfortable and it's a good price-performance ratio.

When we arrived we had to wait for more than half an hour to get inside the building, which only happened through a neighbor. The person I contacted said her colleague should be there, but he never opened the door when we rang. When we got inside with the neighbor he somehow was there, but never answered when we rang the door. Also we missed our train because this colleague came half an hour too late for our check out, which is irresponsible. We told him exactly the time when we'd come to get the luggage we stored, but he still couldn't manage to be on time.
