The Manger of the property was very nice & helpful
4.1
Beautiful feeling and very charming bespoke amenities and beautiful appeal. The jacuzzi on the balcony was such a great hot with our family.
Everything was nice. Breakfast one day was a bit of debacle but they were kind. Yousef very nice

The room and surroundings were amazing and the included breakfast was magnificent. The server, Mohamad, was especially attentive, bringing exactly what was requested and remembering preferences from the prior day.
Both days when I went up to the rooftop there was water and tea on the refreshment table, but no glasses to put it in.
4.1
Very expensive for what was basic accommodation. Exterior parts of the hotel were dirty and unkempt and there were poorly maintained and broken items such as A/C, taps and window blinds.
Some staff members were great, but others were not and staffing levels seemed insufficient overall.
Limited bar service. More like asking for a favour.
Just not a five star boutique experience, apart from the price.

Nice outdoor area. Lovely decor. Breakfast was great.
The rooms are really small. They seem a little run down. We booked this hotel as we stayed there 4 years ago and it had a fantastic underground bar. This time the bar was closed down and that was not mentioned on the website. we would not have stayed if we had known.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The location was ideal with a short walk to the old town and restaurants near Jaffa Street. The breakfast was superb!

Very nice team, very friendly service. Good location, good breakfast.
Too old furniture, no cupboard in the room, we used the TV to hang the dresses.
The hotel was unreachable by phone for inquiries, there was no restaurant service except breakfast. We had to book dinner in another hotel.

location , near the old city and not far from Ben Yehuda
breakfast could have had fresher products

Very nice staff, delicious breakfast, all well decorated, good location. Jacuzzi on 3rd Floor and nice rooms. By far the best comparing to other hotels we stayed in Israel, highly recommended!

breakfast was outstanding!! front staff and chefs were friendly and very helpful.

Excellent location and delicious fresh breakfast.
The hotel is advertised as having a restaurant, fitness centre and bar, but does not have these in practise (aside from a breakfast service). I had based my choice of hotel on the fact that it had these things.

Lovely breakfast and wonderful service (Thank you Mohammed!). There is all day complementary wine and wonderful traditonal snacks. The staff are keen to assist with any taxis, tours, directions etc... The villa is a stunning building in a perfect, central location.
I wish we would have known the cellar bar would not be open.

The room was quiet, with a high ceiling, and offered every comfort, especially the bed. I appreciated having an espresso machine in the room. The breakfast, served to me by the very capable waiter Mohammed, was exceptionally rich with a variety of samplings of middle-eastern dishes and served either in the very attractive lobby, the glassed-in patio, or the front courtyard, which is bedecked in flowers and has the feel of an oasis. Of particular value to me was the location: the property abuts the ultra-Orthodox neighborhood of Me'a She'arim and is also just five minutes away from Jaffa Street with its many shops and its rail line, which takes you to the train station traveling west or to the old city of Jerusalem traveling east. Both destinations are also easily reached on foot.
I was disappointed that my room had no view to speak of, but that's because I chose the cheapest one available. Another thing that was a bit of a disappointment was the fact that although the TV appeared to offer a variety of radio stations to listen to, it did not, in actual fact.

Great place to stay and so close to the city centre and not far from the old town. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were so helpful with questions and recommendations.

We liked everything! Beauty in the lobby, dining areas, front courtyard, and bedroom. Our room was beautiful and charming, with an incredible jet tub for two and a great shower. The most exotic and delicious breakfast was included each morning. The staff was gracious and professional; they set up a nice private half-day tour to Bethlehem. I had the best massage at the spa. We enjoyed walking to restaurants, Old City, and Mamila mall.

Breakfast was delicious, staff is very pleasant and accommodating.
I really don’t know
4.1
good location. nice small facility
Spa is a joke. no treatments. Chip hot tub at a size for small kids. The room wasn’t prepared and clean, and when we asked for it, it was done in a very clumsy manner. Really poor breakfast on Saturday. Very different then what was promised

The staff was nice and the breakfast was very good
The rooms are small, stuffy and the bed was not comfortable

Excellent and kind staff. Always ready to help. Great location and superb breakfast.

It is lovely building but our balcony was a waste as it was in a noisy street. It was a little away from the old city. I was advised towards the end of our stay that the tours we had organised had to be paid in cash. Earlier warning would have helped as the tours were expensive and we were limited in how much we could withdraw. That said the tours were great. We found the guide very knowledgeable and great company. We booked his services for more tours up north.
The parking is unsatisfactory. My hire car was scrapped which cost us the excess though we paid little for parking at the site. Again we were only told at the end that we could not pay the carpark by credit card which exacerbated the cash issue. More communication would have helped.
