يستحق التكرار ، موقع ونظافة واستقبال اكثر من رائع

دائماً تكون نقاط القوة في الفنادق الاطلالة او الموقع لكن في هذا الفندق نقطة القوة فعلياً في عبدالرحمن موظف الاستقبال مرحّب وخدوم واحد الاسباب القوية اللي تخليني ممكن ارجع لهذا الفندق ولا انسى سندس المسؤولة عن تنظيف الغرفة ونورهان موظفة الاستقبال على حسن التعامل لكن يضل عبدالرحمن علامة فارقة الموقع ممتاز المكان مخدوم من البقالات والمطاعم والكافيهات وقريب نوعا ما من المترو النظافه في الشقق ممتازة والملاحظات تستحي تذكرها لان الاخوان كانوا يعدلونها باسرع لي عودة باذن الله وانصح بقوة

حبيت المكان كنت حاجز 3 ليالي مددتها الى 6 عن طريقهم

الشقه نظيفة واسعه شرحه موقعها ووصول التاكسي لها بسهوله قريبه من الخدمات مقابل سوبرماركت حلاقين مطاعم ومسافة 30 دقيقه مشي الى جواهر مول مسافة 45 دقيقه مشي الى شارع عثمان بيه ونيتاشي شكر خاص للسوري اخوي عبدالرحمن ماقصر صراحه وكان يحاول جاهدا يوفر لنا كل سبل الراحه واعطانا شقة افضل واكبر من اللي حجزتها في بوكينج

العزل سيء نوع ما سياحه الى بورصه او سبنجه يوفرونها بس السعر غالي جدا اذا عائله كبيره ممكن لانهم حسب مافهمت يوفرون فان وسيارات كبيره اما العائله الصغيره بتطلع عليهم غاليه جدا حوالي 200 دولار

تجربه حلوة.

كل شي كان ممتاز ،الخدمات ،النظافة و الغرفة شرحة، كنت حاجز جناح كينج و طلبت منهم أيرلي تشيك ان و لما وصلت سووا لي ترقيه و عطوني اقزقتف.

السرير ما كان مريح للأسف فيه ارتفاع شوي من نص الظهر.

Das Personal die Zimmerausstattung und der Service waren echt toll. Meine Frau und ich waren echt sehr zufrieden. Also gerne immer wieder.

سوف اعتمد السكن فيه 👌

المكان مع الجاكوزي جميل بالنسبه الى السعر وموقعه قريب تقريبا من جميع النواحي واشكر الموظف عبد الرحمان كان جداً متساعد

فقط مره واحده كانت هناك مشكله في الخزنه حيث رجعت وقمت بادخال الرقم السري ولم يفتح معي

Not recommend

The location was quite good

it's in a small Street the entrance was with stairs down under the ground . The first day we arrive we got an apartment with one living room but is with a very bad smell of smoking we couldn't sleep that's night second day we went to the reception and we asked to change the apartment they changed it for us after 6 days we asked to extend our stay for 6 nights but they told us you cannot continue on the same apartment so we have to move just for two nights and after that we will be back to the same apartment we had but they start unfortunately to lie at us day after day they start to move us from an apartment to another apartment . The apartments we visited was really not clean the photos are not the same you see on booking.com the elevator was for 3 days not working we were living on the 5th floor and then we have to go up and down with a child the view of the windows was poor the parking is very small and I crashed my car during the parking the get on the floor studios with a jacuzzi and fair place you see in the photos have bad smell from the bathroom also the rooms are very small and the bits very small i do not recommend this place

اصبح الفندق عنواني في اسطنبول

النظافة و الموقع الى جانب فريق العمل متعاون جدا و الاخ عبدالرحمن كان متوفر في كل وقت حضورا او تواصلا عبر الواتس لاي طلب نحتاجه او مساعده .. حصلت على ترقيه للحجز من قبل الادارة دون مقابل ساعدني كثيرا في تمديد اقامتي .. شكرا

الموقع حيوي جدًا بجانبه محلات ومطاعم وصيدليات وكافيهات وكل شي تحتاجه .. نظافة الشقة وفعلا متكاملة من غسالة وكواية والمساحة مناسبة .. أيضًا أعجبني الروائح والنظافة والاهتمام .. وخدمة الباركينق مجانية ويستلمون السيارة يدخلونها ويطلعونها بنفسهم وبالخدمة .. أحب أشكر عبدالرحمن ونورهان على تعاونهم الراقي وكانوا بالخدمة 24 ساعة ..

العوازل خفيفة نوعًا ما ..ولا كل شي تمام وراح تتكرر بإذن الله

Ik kom zeker terug!

De ligging van het hotel. Alles was goed te bereiken. Los daarvan, personeel was top, service was top!!! Ontbijt was heeerlijk en uitgebreid! Ik ben vaak in Istanbul geweest maar dit hotel is toch echt mijn favoriet geworden. Naast het hotel heb je meteen een kapper zitten waar ze ons ook top hebben behandeld, wij zijn met alles erg tevreden.

1- الموقع صعب الوصول له بسبب زحمة الشوارع الضيقة 2- السعر جدا مبالغ فيه. 3- الصور المعروضه خادعة و لم تكن مطابقة لما وجدته . 4- الفطور جدا متواضع. 5- هناك تظليل متقصد في بعض التعليقات السابقة .

خيار مثالي لرحلة اقتصادية بالقرب من أمكان التسوق

1- طاقم العمل ودود ومتعاون جداً، وبالأخص الموظف عبدالرحمن. 2- الفندق يقع في منطقة حيوية للغاية بالإضافة إلى قربه من مول جواهر ومحطة المترو.

Very comfortable stay in Turkish

The room was luxuriously spacious with both a bathtub and walk-in shower. Big bed and living space. Very clean both the room and the bathroom. Housekeeping is done daily. Staff is friendly and helpful. While I did not have breakfast myself, my colleague did and it was a veritable banquet of food. Overall nothing to complain about.

I guess the only real minus was the lack of sound insulation both towards the outside and inside. Other than that it was a really excellent stay.

В номерах чисто есть все необходимое . Огромный выбор рум сервиса и так же других доставок . Так же прошу отметить сотрудника отеля Erkan очень вежливый был готов помочь , весь персонал милый и готов прийти на помощь . Так же отель pets friendly , и не взимали плату за хвостика ❤️❤️

Big nice room with a fireplace, comfortable bed, hot water, all necessary facilities, water/tea/coffee. Nice and helpful personnel. Breakfast served to the room or in the lobby.

التعامل المحترم والاستقبال الرائع ونظافه المكان والغرف والمفارش وكذلك الفندق مناسب جداً للعوائل المحافظة ، وأشكر الأخ عبدالرحمن والأخت نورهان على حسن التعامل والاستقبال وسهولة اجراءات الحجز والدخول والخروج.

تجربة جميللة

الطاقم جدا جميل ومتعاون خصوصا الأخ السوري الجميل عبدالرحمن، كنت حجزت غرفة وصالة لعائلة مكونة من زوجين وطفلين وعمل لي الأخ عبدالرحمن ترقية إلى غرفتين وصالة. الشقق مناسبة جدا للعوائل.

الموقع بعيد نسبيا عن المترو وراح تضطر تمشي اشوي او تطلب تاكسي لكن جمال الطاقم الموجود وتعاونهم يغطي مثل هالعيوب.

لايوجد ستائر عازلة في الغرفة- ازعاج جدا لايمكنك النوم- خدمة تنظيف الغرف سيئة جلاينظفون ولا يضعون مناسف ولا ماء ولكن عند الطلب يضعون ويحضرون كميات فالغرفة متسخة وتبقى متسخة - لم تكن اقامتي مريحة

I stayed there for a week and I can say it is a nice and cozy place with very cooperative and friendly staff.

Several points should be taken into the property’s good consideration. Firstly, the bed sheets and towels are not very clean. They should take extra care of this exact point because cleanliness is a top priority. Secondly, there is a poor sound proof.. we cannot sleep soundly untill other noisy neighbors are asleep !! Third, they don’t provide tissues nor do they provide tisses in all rooms of the apartment which is a necessity rather than a leisure!! Finally, I suggest they put spacious clothes’ cabinets in every room instead of the tiny racks that are not enough for anything! Notice: I didn’t refer to the street construction that were taken place exactly under the hotel because it is out of their hands!
