The home does have a camera security system in place. Cameras are only located on the outside of the house in the front and back yard. two are located in the front of the home, one is located on side yard, one is facing backyard. Pool is within the coverage area of the device.

2,075 Sq/ft Private home, within one mile to all the attractions of Downtown Chandler.
Home includes laundry room, eat in kitchen, oven/range, built in microwave, with plenty of cooking gadgetry, including waffle maker toaster, coffee maker, and blender.
Bonus room has a sofa, Pool table, and Bar
There is a private backyard with an gas bbq grill and outdoor sitting & eating area. Backyard lawn and landscaping make this yard an oasis in the desert.
Air mattress if needed for additional guests.
Sleeping areas:
- King bed in master bedroom (private bathroom in master bedroom)
- Queen bed in 2nd bedroom
- Full bed in 3rd bedroom
Carbon monoxide detector is not needed as the home does not have gas and is all electric.

Instructions for access to the home will be provided before your stay.
We live 10 minutes away, so we're available if you need us (unless we're out of town ourselves).
If you would like early/late check in/out please let the host know. There is a extra fee.
For bookings that are longer such as a month there is an added charge for utilities and cleaning please message the owner for details as the rates change depending on the time of year.
