In the middle

The room service food is amazing. Location is very handy.

Bed was too soft, caused pain, and had to check out at midnight to go home. TV was damaged and had white spots over the screen, making it difficult to see. The bathroom bench wasn't wiped down and had marks from previous guests over it.

The staff are what made the stay at this beautiful hotel perfect.

The staff were very friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were a great size, clean and comfortable.

The pool was getting the heating fixed so was very cold.

I stay here every year for Touch Bass and it’s always phenomenal.

Fantastic customer service. Perfect location. Excellent facilities.

The chromecast on our tv didn’t work, however they provided us with a free drink at the bar for this inconvenience.

Fantastic stay

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and really modern. The shower was perfect and the bed was so comfy we wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely recommend. We had snacks and cocktail/beers in the bar prices were expected being in a hotel and the cocktails were yummmo. The staff we meet were very polite and helpful the guy behind the bar (sorry forgot his name) on the night we stayed was super helpful and chatty. Loved our stay

Hubby said I have to book this accommodation on our next stay as it ticked all the boxes.

The staff were amazing! We felt so welcome and cared for, they were genuinely interested in making sure we had a wonderful visit.

It was a relaxing time other then the issues I had with the door lock

I liked how convenience the room locations was for events

I didn't like my lock playing up continually locking me in and out of my room And waterpressure in the shower could be a little better

Would have rated it 9 if it had anywhere to unpack my clothes into.

Friendly staff, great location for our purposes, shops and restaurants nearby, large room

The fact that, like a lot of Australian hotels, there is simply nowhere to unpack clothes. It boggles the mind that a large hotel room has only a single closet with 6 hangers, and nowhere to unpack underwear or other clothes. Ended up using the study desk for this purpose. Install a chest of drawers or at least put in some shelves in the closet. The room is huge - use of space is very poor.

Jammin the night away

Loved that the accommodation was right next door to the concert we attended. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable

I’ll definitely be back… brilliant hotel & venue

The whole experience was great, from the welcoming friendly staff at check in to the decore of the room, location, restaurants… and a brilliant show fat Freddy’s drop to boot! we had an outstanding weekend !

Would definitely would stay again as I think it could be better than it was.

Location was great to catch early plane. I’m sure it could be lovely staying here for longer but we were late getting in, no food and left early morning. The staff were lovely on check in and out.

Room service finished at 9pm would like this later. Very dark in hallways and rooms, almost felt a little creepy. Would have liked a little discount seeing we didn’t book until late and left early.
