Fantastic hotel stay.

We loved this hotel and the location to Red rocks!! We also loved the shuttle bus service to Red Rocks. We did not have to drive anywhere once we got to the hotel. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Bed were comfortable and amenities were spot on. The staff was great and friendly when we checked into the hotel, but when we checked out the front desk staff did not smile and acted like they hated their jobs. Other than that this hotel is the way to go when you visit Red Rocks and go to a comcert.

Location is perfect for Red Rocks. Take the Shuttle!

Extreme water pressure in the shower. Notified staff. I think they tried to lower it but was not relaxing and no way to modify the shower head.

The location of the property was perfect for Red Rocks and surrounding areas. The staff were very friendly.

It could be a nice place but unfortunately they are understaffed so the maintenance of the rooms have not been kept up. The staff that is there are very nice and apologize that they are understaffed. First thing they say is we cannot service your room every day. Then we had to get a different room because so many things were broken in our first room. We had a King Corner suite so we were paying good money for our room. The coffee maker in the room is a joke and the blow dryer is also. Our bathroom faucet was broke in the 2nd room but they came and fixed it. The bed is so bad the squeaking will keep you up every time you move. One morning the restaurant did not open because they didn’t have a server show up. They only had one server when they were open and I saw the front desk girl helping in the restaurant.

Beautiful, modern hotel in Golden

Beautiful hotel with modern amenities. Friendly front desk staff. Convenient location.

This hotel is an expensive option for the area; however, worth the extra expense because of its close proximity to the amphitheater. The restaurant was comfortable and welcoming. Our service for dinner was very slow, not because of lack of effort. Restaurant staff was limited to 2 wait-staff and one bartender. Fellow diners had to scrounge for silverware and water, while other waited for wait-staff to bring dining necessities. The staff was professional throughout the chaos and never once complained or seemed exasperated.

For the price I paid it was a sad experience and most likely will not stay at this hotel again

Location was great

I had reservations for at least 3-4 weeks in advance and when I checked in around 5:15 pm, a room was still not ready to be occupied. We finally got in the room about 5:30, and that was with a hurried rush request from the front desk asking the manager to check the room as good so it could turn green in his computer to book it. We had dinner reservations at 6:00 pm In Golden and our Lyft had to be cancelled because it was coming at 5 :30, and we still needed to get dressed and ready for the night.

Super close to Red Rocks (9 min drive), nice, clean, friendly staff, though seems pricey for no amenities.

Beautiful, clean, modern and convenient hotel when visiting Morrison, Red Rocks, Denver and Golden.

Location was very convenient, very clean, attached Resturant, hotel bar, gorgeous bathrooms off lobby and a cool chalk board in the lobby for kids to write on.

After travel by car from TN we arrived at noon. Check in was not until 3pm. We asked if we could check in early and they said no. There is an early check in fee which we did not want to pay for.

Our stay was short, but we loved the onsite dining and awesome staff!

The outdoor area and restaurant were fantastic. My kids got the complimentary tent setup and loved it! The staff was very helpful and courteous. Everything at the hotel was clean and we were thrilled with our stay.

The only thing missing from the hotel is a pool. I know that's not an easy fix, but when it's hot and you've been travelling, a pool would be very refreshing. Everything else at the hotel met or exceeded expectations.

Hospitality? Thought I was in Oregon for a minute.

Convenient location. AXS Shuttle to Red Rocks. Comfortable king bed. Good shower.

Slow drain in sink. Simple fix. Understaffed restaurant. Old noisy compressor on refer unit. Annoying clicking noise all night in room 202. An actual dresser would be nice but not a deal breaker. Damaged curtains did not close all the way.

Great value for a comfortable stay in a beautiful location.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Tasty food in the lounge restaurant. Comfortable and clean, well-apportioned room. It was just a quick overnight stay on the road, but there seemed to be fun special events scheduled if you had a more leisurely time. Given the overall experience and amenities, I found this place to be an especially very good value. I’ve already recommended this place to friends and families.

The bathroom door was a sliding barn-door style, which is fine, except a previous guest had apparently opened it with too much force and broke the back-stop so it came off track. Wasn’t a big deal, but this was the only thing I could think of as negative.

AMAZING PRICE :-)

The location is perfect , I love the gas station and restaurants all being seconds away ♥️ The rooms are cozy and the bathrooms smell nice , and I love having Netflix on the TV.

The bathroom door has creepy glass 🤣

The atmosphere was Great!

Great social areas- staff was very attentive and had great customer service

The bed was horrible it was concave. Had a hard time getting out of the bed due to sinking in our back and neck are killing us today. Several odd noises throughout the night not very sound proof. Due to the bed issues and being able to hear every single noise we did not get much sleep.
